It sounds like,
despite contracts, we might be losing at least 1 of the team - Gibbs, Tony, Abby, Ducky, McGee, Jimmy, Ziva or Vance. (listed in order of who came on when). It also sounds like more than just the team will be affected.

Well I don't think you could kill off the big six Gibb, Tony, McGee, Ziva or Ducky, Abby with out fans rioting in the streets So by that logic it got to be the rarely seen Jimmy or the fan unfavorite Vance
Quote:
NCIS’ STAR TEASES ‘MOMENT’ IN COLOMBIA Will anything “interesting” happen between Tony and Ziva when they go to South America? First, your strategic use of quotes amused me. Second, while I can only preview the conversation I had with Cote de Pablo about this episode (full convo will go up here on the Inside TV blog the day the episode airs, April 10) I can say that I made it a point to bring up one of the last trips Tony and Ziva took together: Paris, which found the pair giving conflicting reports about the nature of their interactions. In other words: We still have NO idea what, if anything, happened. And that was exactly their intention, she says. “The France trip was really great, lots of fun. But Michael [Weatherly] and I had our own agenda. The way we played scenes was that something had definitely happened down there — even though it was never addressed,” she recalls. As it sounds like you know, this time around, the pair takes a trip to Colombia to work a case alongside a good friend of Ziva’s, played by The L Word‘s Karina Lombard. And from what de Pablo tells me, it seems as though like her longtime friend attempts to do a bit of eye-opening during the course of the episode to help Ziva realize that life is a series of important choices. “In this particular episode, I can’t say that much happens, but at the end, there’s a moment where you may take a closer look at the way DiNozzo may feel for Ziva,” she teases. With three episodes left for her to film this season, de Pablo says she’s not entirely sure how the events from this episode will influence the end of the current season. “That’s a really good question and I talked about it with Gary and the writers. I think they have a little bit of information they’re not giving to me,” she says. “We’ll have to wait and see.”
Well, I'm glad someone will finally open Zivas eyes! I'm not saying Tiva has to happen right now or in the near future, but I've been annoyed that we only see how Tonys side, EJ, Wendy, Gibbs....we know how he feels. Now it's Zivas time. Either crush it or move forward but this nothing is very frustrating.

Jennatheresa: please give me any NCIS scoop you have!
The CBS hit will be introducing a new NCIS special agent in the finale who's described as "athletic, educated and capable." Agent Wallace is experienced, but has a slightly checkered past. The interesting part? There's a strong possibility we'll be seeing more of this new agent next season.

Ask Ausiello
Question: I need a scoop about the NCIS finale! —Jessica
Ausiello: It’s titled “Till Death Do Us Part,” and not just because it features Palmer’s wedding. “It suggests some impending danger for the rest of the team as well,” warns showrunner Gary Glasberg. “There is an unbreakable bond between the members of our NCIS family, and it would take something earth-shattering to change that.” (Sounds like someone’s been taking Professor Hart Hanson’s night class, Introduction to Cryptic Episodic Soundbites.)

From EW.com
NCIS was great this week, but like you, I noted the open-endedness of the case. Are we going to see more from this case before the end of the season? — Nicole
All I’ll say is that this is not the last time the Navy will feel the pressure of a direct threat before season’s end. In related news, here’s one return you can definitely count: Scott Wolf! He’ll appear in the season finale (airing May 15), reprising his role as the seriously disturbed Jonathan Cole.

From TV Guide Mega Buzz
I feel like all the Tony-Ziva scenes on NCIS are building to something big in the finale. Am I right? — Mel
ADAM: I don't want to burst your bubble... so I'll let executive producer Gary Glasberg do it instead. "This finale is really about them being focused as a team," he says. "Yes, there are emotional elements, as we always do, but I would say their primary focus is on the work." But don't give up! "[Tony's] evolving and learning more about himself and what he wants from his life, and I think Ziva is the same way," Glasberg says. "Those experiences will continue into Season 10." That is, unless Tony and Ziva die in the finale...
