Welcome to our brandnew Special Ops fan fiction board dedicated entirely to works of a shippy nature for NCIS: LA. Please take a moment to read these rules before posting in here.

1. All stories or links to stories containing relationships between two NCIS characters must be posted in this board.

2. Special Ops will not allow the posting of slash (same-sex pairings) in any way, shape or form. Please do not post links to such stories here.

3. General fan fiction posting rules apply! These are as follows:

THESE ARE THE POSTING GUIDELINES FOR POSTING YOUR FAN FICS.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. Any fiction posted needs to be checked for punctuation and
spelling before submission.

If at all possible, please have someone "beta" [which just
means reading and doublechecking your spelling, puctuation,
left out words, etc.] your story before posting it. We have a
Beta Thread - I'm sure we have members who would enjoy
being the first to read your fics and give their input. It makes
for much easier reading of the finished product. Thanks!

2. Keep all your fictions on 1 thread.

3. No MA [NC17]

4. No Slash [pairings of two people of the same sex]

5. No character bashing - this is a friendly board and we want to keep it that way. Fics that bash characters invite hostility from the fans of those characters and that will NOT be happening here!

4. If you are prolific you may open your own thread in this board. Please make sure you put your username in the threadname (no My fics or Shippy fiction etc. please!)

5. If you want to post a story and do not have your own thread please use the link threads. Post in the General Fiction Links thread for a pairing that does not have a separate thread, for all others use their respective Fiction Links threads. Please do not open new threads for one-off stories or pairings. If a pairing in the General Fiction Links receives overwhelming attention the Mods will open a new thread for that pairing.

6. Please clearly indicate pairings at the start of your story or when posting a link if you post in your own thread. People should know what they get into.

7. If you're feeling prolific, then feel free to open your very own fiction thread - BUT please label it with your name (e.g. AngelZ's Stuff), not a generic title (like My Fictions) or the title of the story. We'd like you to collect all your stories in one thread so having your name in the title helps.

8. Please include a little info section at the beginning of each story you post.

Summary: This takes place about a week after the events of the spin-off episodes and deals with Kensi's relationship with a guy nobody at the office knows about as well as Callen's time in the hospital.

Author’s notes: This planned as a one-off story but I might write more chapters later.
