I don't remember if it was mentioned in "Bury your dead" but does the team know that Trent Kort revealed Tony's real identity to René Benoît? Do we know why he did it? I hope that we will learn a little more in this episode.
I suppose that the FBI will ask Tony where he was since he wasn't with the team when they searched the boat.

Tony decking Kort was unsuspected, but so awesome. God, I hope that doesn't come back to bite him in the ass, especially with the tv guide guy coming out saying the person who leaves is tragically murdered.

I think I've figured out who is going. Wish I could write it on a piece of paper, stick it in a drawer and open it for everyone IF I'm correct. But, since that's not possible in the virtual world, I'll just have be prudent and say nothing.

So what do we think, is the voice over "I'm relieving you of your post", and then Jenny standing up a red herring, like so many of NCIS's trailers?

I keep remembering two years ago, and the very misleading "His skull was crushed."

So what do we think, is the voice over "I'm relieving you of your post", and then Jenny standing up a red herring, like so many of NCIS's trailers? I'm a bit suspicious of that too. When Fornell yells "You killed La Grenouille!" it appears he is in a interrogation room, when the scene cuts to Jenny, she's in her office. It's followed by the line "You are here by relieved of your duties". Perhaps Fornell interrogates someone else, but the Director is still fired? On another note, I can't wait to see Tony punch Kort!

I don't think she's fired at all . Relieved of Duty is different. Besides, her Assistant Director wouldn't have the power to fire her. She could only be fired directly by the Secretary of the Navy. This is not a job he'd send someone to do - there is protocol within the Federal Agencies.
