Relieved of duties may simply mean shoved into a corner until Gibbs someone can prove she's innocent (or guilty) and then further action can be taken .......
like when Ziva killed that guy in the elevator (Jeopardy Season 3), they wouldn't let her do anything til they finished the investigation. she wasn't fired though.

Looked like Sacks (Slacks) to me too.
And no one but the SecNav would have the power to fire the head of NCIS. And he wouldn't have the Assistant Director do it for him - very against protocol. Relieved of Duty is not the same thing as fired.

Sorry, it looked like the A.D. Rocky Carroll relieving Jen of duty, but I also saw Slacks in the hall when Fornell first comes in.

That was definitely an intense episode, a lot of flashbacks
Loved seeing Abby in interrogation though, apparently Gibbs is a "magic man", I always knew it.

initial comments:
-Who knew Gibbs had that much technology at his house??
-Abby did an excellent job stalling for time in the interrogation room
-I knew the promo monkeys couldn't be that good (she did get relieved of duty)
-is it just me or is the boat in gibbs basement smaller .... or is the basement bigger??? (compare the basement to season 1 ... but not the boat cuz they ain't the same)
-did they really need to send jeanne to AFRICA
-THAT [expletive deleated]!!! Framing Tony Like That!!!
-I'm proud of Ziva for setting aside any feelings she may have for Tony and telling him to "Be a Man"
-I'm proud of Tony for punching Kort ...
-Why did Tony say it was all a lie ... didn't he really love her??
-Did Jenny really kill La Frog?!?!?!?
I'm excited for next week.

Eeeee! Happy sheep! I don't even care who really killed Le Frog. Although I do think that Jenny is so dead at this point - especially given that our other spoilers for future eps make it look like Tony and Ziva might be safe by virtue of being in life threatening situations ever so recently. Still, for some reason I was totally down with her smarmy, 'I know something you either don't know or are helping me cover up' attitude. Might be the Corona talking.

Who looked more sad at the end? Tony, Jeanne or Ziva?
Damn.
