Liked the episode, was a good one, but I was hoping for a little more angst. But I think Sean did a great job portrating a very grown up McGee who very well know's what he's doing. I think Gibbs can be proud of him (and from what I saw he is).
I love his hair. I always want to reach out and pet it!
