I was surprisingly moved by this episode. The whole serial killer thing was a total wash. Tony and Ziva were used stupidly and it was annoying.
The Mexico story and the interaction between Abby and Gibbs was very well done. Abby's loss of her hero and innocence was poignant. Mark Harmon was superb as Gibbs.
If it wasn't for the stupid serial killer story I would have given this episode a 10, but because of the total misuse of Tony and Ziva it gets a 7

One of my favourite episodes. So much emotion from Abby and Gibbs. Enjoyed the serial killer storyline but found it gruesome in places with the cut off feet!!

9.5 Great episode. Gruesome, intriguing, suspenseful. If only the writers had have realised that McGoo's tummy trouble was enough humour for the episode. The Tony antics weren't required this time.

A seven. It was a lazy episode but Perrete's and Harmon's scene in Gibbs' basement saved the episode from its monstrous inconsistencies.

I thought that this was a very moving episode, especially between Gibbs and Abby and Ducky and Gibbs, at one point I thought that Gibbs might actually cry. Superb acting though.

I loved the scene at the end with Gibbs and Abby, it was heart wrenching stuff and kudos to both Mark and Pauley for their perfomances. I gave it an 8 overall
