Some episodes have been badly edited At first I noticed on “Housekeeping”, when Tony and E.J. are in the house safe, Tony is speaking… the screen went black… and then Tony continued speaking (but you could see is a different scene). When I saw that, I remember I thought that was the worse editing scene that I have seen on NCIS, but I thought that maybe they not had the time for re-film the scene again. But it happened again, on “Secrets”, Gibbs and Ducky are talking in the autopsy room, the screen went black and then Gibbs and Ducky continued talking (again you could see is a different scene) One time is OK… twice it's a poorly job … come NCIS editors!!!!, you are in the best show, amateurs editors can do a better job. OK… that was my grumble, thank you for gimme a place to vent about it ;D

I agree Marce...there has been some crazy editing this season. The Missionary Postion was badly edited at the end like Newborn King.. at the end. It seems like they cut out just to insert more advertising. The $ is the key. Do they hope the viewers won't notice? I think people are catching on.

I saw suggested elsewhere (no proof whatsoever, but they might be on to something) that the final act of The Missionary Position was edited down to make room for the Samantha "Doc" Ryan scenes. The climax of the mission - rescuing the chaplain - fizzled because we have no idea how anything happened. We were in a van - CIA agents and Monique and Ziva (no Tony who might have been guarding Chaplain Castro) and then bam we were seeing a fire and the other chaplain in the van. I said "huh?" to my TV.
