I know, it is a bit sad - but sometimes us Princesses need to release all the pent-up McGee/SM-ness of the situation, I think the hair thing is just the most innocent feature we can pick on!!! And oooh yes, we deffo love it!!
That is SUCH a cute cap! I really hate saying men are cute because I find it such a patronising word when used in conjunction with them - but there's really no other word you can use in this instance!!
I asked previously if anyone wanted to start a thread in this section called 'McGee - Just the facts' to compliment the Abby, Tony, Gibbs and even Palmer threads. Then I just gave up and created one myself.
Please, please, please feel free to update and add. I used to keep track of everything on my tv.com blog but now it refuses to talk to me so some of my details are a little sketchy - especially in season 3.
The facts threads were billed as a guide for fanfic writers so I have kept up that theme. The apartment stuff is uppermost in my mind at present because I just read a fanfic with McGee on his couch with his carpet.....

Yes, probette, you may... I feel so proud! I've been using that word for years! LOL *blush blush* (these blushy faces are frowning... that's not right! They should be giggling like a little girl. Like ;D + = how I feel.)
I'ma gonna go write me some NCIS fan fiction. Since I've nothing better to do.
I don't know where I got my banner from... if its from you, shout out and you'll get mad props, yo!
(Servo singing) "Oh, I wish that I was blowing up Prince Edward Island, and moving on to bomb Ontario... The destruction of Canada and all of it's culture, is by far my favorite scenario."
It's a beautiful word, it's like a combination of a mispronunciation of the word 'lovely' and also a wonderful mixture of 'lovely' and 'ruffly' at the same time (which is frankly a perfect description of McGee's hair!)!!! How descriptive does one word need to be?!
My entire problem with the whole deal of fanficking is not actually writing, because I've always loved writing - my problem (and it's only developed in recent years) is that I'm pretty well squared away from a writing an introduction standpoint... but my brain just stops when I get past the intro!!! It's perpetual Writer's Block being stuck...! Quick two or three minute comedy sketches, fine, anything more than that - argh!!!
Maybe I should just keep running with the intro I have and just free-write for a while... if anyone would care to have a read to tell me where I'm going wrong (I have a v. delicate ego so please be gentle - but I'm brave enough for constructive criticism!) then feel free to let me know!!

I'm not a Princess, but I'll answer this, if that's okay.
In Dead and Unburied, Tony and McGee had to wait all night for the techs to bring out the ground scanning radar (or whatever it was called). The next morning Tony uses Ziva's deoderant (ick) and tells her that "We watched the sunrise together. It was very 'Brokeback Mountain'."
McGee comes up and clasps Tony on the shoulder and says, "He had me at 'howdy'."
Hey y'all, please don't hit me with a stick, I know I'm like weeks behind the power curve here, but being a Tartlet and a Gibblet all in one can be exhausting and I haven't had much time to check in with the Princesses yet (hope you don't mind a non-Princess here )
Did anybody else think that "He had me at 'howdy'" was a reference to Jerry Maguire's "You had me at hello"?
Waitaminute........ NCIS get paid FORTNIGHTLY?
God I'm SO jealous.
I guess that's bc they sort of are armed services (or at least affiliated) and they get bi-monthly pay. There's always a rush to the stores twice a month on payday on the bases and posts My husband's army so I know more about LESs than I ever cared to...
At least twice as hot as Brad Pitt!
Proud member of SWAKnatics Incurables and the Shoulder Holster Self-Help Group!
How on earth is someone with a handle like "Sean'sGirl" NOT a Probie's Princess???
Just curious. I do of course realize that there IS, in fact, more than ONE "Sean" on the planet... *ahem*
We've been rather pre-occupied with analyzing McGee's hairstyle from the follicle up lately anyway. New Princesses are always welcome of course. Vonny asked on the Jimmy's Crickets thread what's involved with becoming a Cricket. I responded that all that's required is an appreciation and respect for Jimmy. The same goes for the Probie's Princesses. All you need is to appreciate McGee's attributes, finer or otherwise (though in general, the Princesses would agree that "otherwise" is just a figure of speech!!!). It is, of course, the clone ownership that gets a little more involved...
AND... Holy iPods Probie - are we really on PAGE SEVEN already!!!!!!

Yes, everybody write some McGee fanfic. The Mainly McGee archive in ff.net is at about 129 stories - second after the general Tony one and well beyond the number of fics devoted to maiming Tony.
I've got one ready to go but I got sidetracked last night doing the facts thread. I have put some more pictures in this morning.
I had a bizzare ff story idea: McGee and Abby swap bodies. I want to see McGee hugging everyone and doing a cartwheel across the lab.
Oh and I know I am going to be killed for this and it's NOT a serious suggestion but ..... I had a thought for the next thread name:
Special Agent Tim McGee - He rocks my hollow
Running away now.
I actually have plenty of McGee fics. How good they actually are is open to debate. I'm "PrairieLily" at fanfiction.net. There are McAbby stories, general stories, Tony and Tim brotherly bonding stories, Jimmy and Tim frienship bonding stories (well, one anyway, I couldn't resist my two favourite Hot Nerds in a friendship fic together)...
Now as for the "not so serious" thread name suggestion...
I wish I could say that isn't accurate, and I wish I could say it's ladylike... ah heck. Who am I kidding? We're red-blooded females and we're proud... I don't know that we could ever use it but I do love it for some twisted reason!!
