allen's [jon cryer] definition of 'booty call' to his young son. omg. talk about ROFLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!]
Hahaha, yeah that was hilarious! But anyways, this ep definitely deserved a 10. It had everything--humor, action, drama (Abby giving the cold shoulder to Gibbs ovfer the b-day thing), and Gibbs in jeans and Carhartt jacket! ;D
*Thanks to Nikki for the fantastic banner and Zk for the stupendous av*
Gibbs: The only reason you can still walk is because I didn't find out about you until today.
Looks like I'm going to be the odd one out here. While I really enjoyed the second half of the ep (the intrigue and pace of the crime solving was excellent), I found the first half, apart from a few little gems, a bit forced.
I'm normally a big Ziva fan, but for some reason she really irked me this week. I also found it hard to believe that the ranger tracked the bear to the camp site, but failed to notice that there were more than one set of tracks.
8.5 from me. I really enjoyed it, and having MH in his tracking get-up for the majority of the episode really did help somewhat.
The best feature of the ep, though had to be the Gibbs/Abby interaction. Wow, the little snippy comments and Gibbs general gruffness then sneakiness (oh that look he gives her when he's being all smug - 'check your desk' - HOT!) was totally spot on.
However, the story, while it kept me guessing, I felt wasn't as strong as it could have been. The bit with Ziva revealing her 'Daddy' issues unsettled me, if they wanted to get that theme out there, I'm just not sure that interregation scene was the right place to put it?
Can't take away from the fact that it was a very good epy though, keep it up!!
