Thanks, Nici! Even though mine's on the way, it's cool to see it. I totally didn't realize where we were standing!

Re: gag reel---When Pauley called to say Hi, Chas. (the co-executive producer) told her that we had just seen the gag reel. She laughed and said that it was like 35 minutes long and that 28 minutes of that had Michael in it... we all laughed and laughed cause it was true! ;D

The blooper reel was great! I couldn't help but recall Pauley's comment that Michael was in 28 of the 35 minutes of it when Harriet showed it to us again. Good times....
And to second what mchnelson said, I found it to be quite noisy as the patio faces the runway. If you get a good seat close to the front you should be golden. ;D

A shooting victim, now that's a great costume! Why didn't I think of that? Love to see the pics, Meg. I have to do the costume thing this year (for those little laminated pieces of paper) cause I missed out on getting Bert's badge last year. I only hope that the rewards will be worth the effort (I apologize in advance about complaining about my aching feet), at least it's only for one night. Also, totally looking forward to visiting the set again. That was awesome....

Just got back from one vacation on the east coast and now am getting ready to go to the west coast. Just need to to put a new set of clothes in suitcase and I'm ready to go! ;D
eta: I can't believe that I'm actually going to be dressed up for the costume party, I don't even do that for work!

The fest was great, and it was awesome to meet up with people that I met last year, and also new friends from all over. Anyone who is debating about coming next year, don't hesitate because it totally rocks. The NCIS and fanfest staff couldn't be nicer to us fanatics. Having Chas. and Liza come to the hotel was way cool. Liza is so sweet She was cute and funny and signed her autograph on all sorts of things like hats, and badges and notebooks. She also posed for pictures with each of us (Thanks Rick for being the unofficial photog!) Most of the special ops peeps played paparazzi for the others so there are multiple shots of everyone with Liza (and Chas). At one time there was a line for photos for both Liza and Chas, which I think kinda bemused him. It was too funny that you had to tell him how to spell your name because he forgot his glasses and couldn't read your name on your badge. Can't wait for next year!

I'm from Denver, Colorado and will be arriving about 2:30pm on Thurs afternoon, so if it's a dinner type thing I'm totally in! As for stuff to buy.... I'd love to have anything NCIS (the show) related stuff, such as t-shirts, etc. Although I am working on something of my own to wear.... ::thanks mchNelson for the inspiration, because of the shirt she wore last year:: The freebie stuff for the character booths was very cool and I can't wait to see what they've come up with for this year! As for the stuff up for auction, there were items that were given to the cast and crew such as bowling shirts and duffle bags with nice embroidery on them as well as autographed episode scripts included with just about each item (which was very nice of the producers to include) and a whole bunch of other stuff that I forgot cause I couldn't afford it once the bidding got started eta: If you are registered at the Fanfest you are also registered for the set visit. The deciding factor for me to go last year was the fact that we got to go behind the scenes (and once there, I got to sit in all of the main characters chairs in the bullpen! Thanks, Sara!)

You know, it totally blew my mind that Magic Mountain was right across the highway from the production studios. I remember going to Magic Mountain a while back *cough-10 years ago-cough* Don't forget your walking shoes and like Darla said, the sunscreen! Topic: I wonder if you can see Mark's trailer from the top of one of the rollercoasters? Hhmmm, must consider answering that question. How many days left to go?

Yeah, but we can all still hope for it for you! Grey's Anatomy? McSteamy's got nothing on Mark and Michael!

But Tweeter, they couldn't kill the tadpole cause she's going to be the cause of lots and lots of Tony!angst.
(Also, Armand Assante gets paid WAY more than Scottie Thompson, so from a purely financial standpoint that makes more sense).
It will be interesting to see how Michael plays this storyline of Tony having to deal with the consequences of his actions.

This was a great way to show how much McGee has matured since we first met him way back in Sub Rosa. Back then he was all by the book and unexperienced as an agent. Since working at NCIS, he has learned that sometimes things can't be handled by the book. Gibbs has taught him to stand up for his convictions despite what is said or done. His interactions with Gibbs in the elevator and the Director in her office show how much intensity and passion he has for those he cares about. Kudos to Sean for a great episode.
