I give it a solid 9. It was a good case, nice team interaction. I'm a bit tired of the "jealousy" thing from Ziva. Make a move, woman, stop dancing around the subject.
Or, as they say *&^% or get off the pot.
Tony is almost turning back into the horndog, but he doesn't seem to have his heart in it. Or maybe he's just out of practice.
I'll have more to say after I've watched it a second, or third, or fourth time.

I gave it a nine as well.
Loved Fornell and Gibbs in this episode. I also adored the ending. It was great to see Tony being all goofy and Gibbs enjoying it with a grin. hehe

I gave it a 9 as well. I don't want Tony back as a horndog, and I think Ziva was right to tell him he should be looking for more than just any girl. Nice to see Fornell and Palmer back. Case was good, the tattoo underneath wasn't a surprise to me, the ending of the case was. I thought there was too little personal stuff in here (although someone on the forum once said that if there would be too much of that, it would turn into a soap, which we can't have!). Nice job, as ever....

Yep, a 9 from me, nicely done.
Gibbs and Fornell were brilliant. I totally loved their scene in interrogation. Tony was funny as ever (I'd never use the term horndog for him - that's way too hostile - since I love him for all his little flaws) and short of hitting him over the head with a crowbar Ziva is pushing pretty hard. I'm curious to see what comes of that. I can't imagine the writers actually going for it at this point, so they're gonna have to do something about it.
Loved that Palmer was in it, Ducky's performance was superb as always and so was Abby. I never saw The Princess Bride so that whole thing was lost on me. Jenny was level-headed and in control, that's good to see. It seems we're getting the old NCIS back. What a great feeling that is.

9.5 for me. I liked it a lot! I really enjoyed Ducky having a more active roll - makes me realise how under-utilised DMC is. Loved the playful, 'horndog', pop referencing Tony. Ahh memories of the good ol' days. I don't want to see him grow up. Let him be our Peter Pan in a holster. If I have a gripe, it's that I'd like to see the writers tone down the Ziva jealously. While I love a bit of UST, I'd prefer to see it dished out in a more subtle manner. I'd like to see Ziva be more sneaky and cunning, and less pouty.

9.5. Very good ep, but the ending was a little confusing.

Any episode that opens with Jimmy Palmer sawing the top off a man's head is going to be a good one.
It's a big juicy 9 for me. Looks like the writers have got it back on track.

Another solid episode, I gave it a '9'. Lots of good stuff, McGee's looking for a dog..Gibbs "Get an Australian Shepherd...they're working dogs." And his sly little ''Sit. Stay. Roll over" as he left the bullpen.
It was confusing, and the end seemed a little rushed. I like how Ziva came around to defending Courtney instead of suspecting her. I found Courtney's repeated "Now do we hug?" a little grating but liked her spunk.
The whole "Dread Pirate Roberts" thing was funny..trust Tony to come up with a movie reference!

I gave it a 9. I too loved Fornell and Gibbs. Very well done. Silly, goofy Tony was great aswell! I kinda missed that last season. I agree that the ending was a little confusing. By Sean'sGirl: It seems we're getting the old NCIS back. What a great feeling that is.[/quote/] That was the best part, IMO. It seems like forever since we've had an ep that's felt like the old NCIS. Overall, very well done! ;D

I gave it a 9.5. I loved it and as others had said, it seemed very much like the "old NCIS" I really missed that last year. I liked ducky getting mad that the forensic doctor only to start flirting with her and I loved Gibbs comment back to Ducky. Too Funny!!
I didn't see the ending to this one coming. I really liked Ziva and Cortney's relationship and how she looked to Ziva for support.
I liked to see the old Tony back but I think Tony uses that persona as his defense to the world and to keep himself from getting hurt and I think he is doing it again to show the world that Jon (probably misspelled that )did not mean that much to him and he was just acting a part. I don't buy it but sometimes it helps

I don't buy it but sometimes it helps That's a very good point you made there. He is using his old persona as a shield while he recovers and licks his emotional wounds. Btw, you could just do what many of us do and call her the Tadpole, Da 'Pole, the-one-who-must-not-be-named, the pink-scrubbed nuisance...

9.5 Really enjoyed this one a lot - Good to see Tobias back again and the team interactions were solid and what we all love about the show.
Don't think Tony is turning into a horndog again, not really, he's just hiding his hurt IMHO. But he was more the Tony of old and the Tartlets rejoiced. ;D

I gave it a 6, but I really think it was mostly because of the fact that I too am getting tired of the Ziva clone. I did like the 'new' special agent, a lot more than I liked Agent Lee, and would like to see her more often.
