Funny stuff. Poor Tony, a needle in his bum. Loved Ducky's lecture about seasickness as well.
Are there going to be more chapters? I couldn't tell if it is a one-shot (get it? shot) or not.

I know it's totally incidental to the story but....
I LOVED the Muppets reference at the end! I now have Being Green stuck in my head - I love that song!!!!!

Well, Probette, McGee and Kermit do have a lot in common... ooh, good idea for a late halloween fic... Anyway, I've posted a new story called Sweet Child of Mine. Not a big fan of either of those pairings, to be honest, Geeport, but I'll see what I can do...  OK; I've started a new fic called losing you, but now FFnet's playing up. I've uploaded the new chapter into documents but when I press list stories it just comes up with a blank page. I can't access the stats section either. Is it just me having the problem, or has anyone else got the same thing? Any ideas on how to fix it?  |

OK, guys; those of you who've been following my current stories will want to read this.
If you haven't, then I guess I need to explain what it's about. I'm posting a letter which Tony left for Gibbs in the event of his death. Gibbs never opened it; and he's not likely to now since he's found out Tony's alive. But persistent badgering from reviewers (this means you, Trivette!) has caused me to post it here, since it'll be a while before it gets into a chapter on FFnet.
So here goes...
Hey, Boss.
If you’re reading this, I’d better be dead or at least mortally wounded, or I’ll never live it down.
The point is... well, Chris Pacci’s funeral was today and I’m not real good with this kind of thing and I figured I should leave you know, a thank you note, in case I’m next.
However I died, it was not your fault. I don’t care if you shot me yourself; I probably deserved it. And if someone else did it I know you’ve returned the favour by now, so don’t worry about it.
If you can’t find whoever killed me, just try not to go all Captain Ahab on everyone? If you go and get yourself killed too I’ll never hear the end of it. Metaphorically speaking, of course.
Anyway, what I’m trying to say is thanks, for everything you did for me. I’m twice the investigator I was since I started working for you. And I’m sorry, that I couldn’t tell you that in person; but you know I don’t do the whole touchy feely thing. Well, you don’t either, and I’d probably have picked the wrong moment and got a smack round the head for my trouble.
Still, you’re the best boss I’ve ever had and I’m grateful for you putting up with me this long. Not many people can.
You’ve probably tried to call my father by now. Sorry if he ticked you off; I never liked the guy either. Wish I could say he wasn’t always that bad; but I know you can smell a lie at a hundred paces.
So, about the others. Abby’s gonna be real upset for a couple weeks, so maybe you might wanna think about investing in a few extra Caff Pows, maybe a stuffed animal. As for McGee; well, just make sure Kate keeps up the teasing and he’ll be OK. Kid’s gonna be a good cop one day if you can just toughen him up a bit. Kate probably knows I like her, being a profiler and all, so I don’t mind if she gets Senior Field Agent just as long as she watches more movies. Tell Ducky thanks from me; he knows what for.
I’d say sorry for all the stuff I screwed up, but I know how you feel about apologies by now.
Anyway, Sayonara, Boss. Have a beer on me.
