It passes well as an episode dedicated to Ducky. It was quite awful as well. Ducky crying made me feel really sad. Ten out of ten. I don't know what chicken means, but I liked it enough to give that rating.

Points for the corgis and the girlfriend. Duck got lucky indeed. And his performance as such was great. Points also for Gibbs' looks. He looked even more terrific than usual. And he knew how to operate that filmdoodah!
The story itself was crap. The real torturer of course looked like one of Frankenstein's. (And conveniently enough Frankenstein's creature as it turns out now lives just around the corner.) Good old Ducky of course was found an excuse for. No way a physician could be expected to be intelligent and responsible enough to manage to report to authorities at some point.
Plus I didn't get McGee's issues with his old computers. What was that about?
