I gave it a 9 because it WAS funny. I didn't really think it was as good as last week's though.

8 / 10
Good episode! I felt bad for Abby losing Patterson, the friend she never met. McGee needs to lighten up. Tony was the best part of the whole story.

7.5. It had it's moments but didn't have me on the edge of my seat or have me rolling on the floor with laughter.
For once I didn't mind Tim giving Tony a piece of his mind. The incessant jabbering about believing he was going to inherit big bucks WAS rather annoying.

I liked this one, i liked that Tony covered for Mcgee, he does have a heart lol. Plotwise hmmmmmmmm not sure, was a good "Filler" though, lighthearted with a few laughs. I liked Mcgee in this one, he was right to be angry at Tony for not pulling his weight on the ship,i didn't see him as nasty i just saw him as a troubled man that had lost a lot of money and being a bit jealous of Tony coming into money. I loved the end where Tony is laughing so much about his non inheritance. Oh and Tony's "impersonation" was sooooooo good. Oh yeah Gibbs is the star of the show.

Oh what a short memory McGee has. So he thinks his writing fame and money didn't change him for even a short time? I think it's time for some McGoogle inner reflection and hopefully he'll ditch the bitterness that he's been projecting for the last few eps. The brotherly-like bickering between the 2 characters is a great part of the show but McGee needs to stop acting like's always the innocent victim when in truth he gets his fair share of punches in.
A few too many plot holes in the case for my liking (cost of hiring a chopper vs the cost for satellite time / the number of non-team peeps who are invited to wander around the NCIS office willy nilly during investigations / Tony's seeming inability to shoot the broad side of barn) but I enjoyed the boys road trip and the inheritance sub-plot. 8.5

7.5 It was an okay episode, but didn't grab me really. Tony on the horse was funny and liked the sheriff who was a real old crusty cowboy lol.
About Gibbs hitting the chopper and Tony missing, well did Tony actually miss, I'm sure he hit the bird but didn't bring it down (I could be wrong will have to recheck but I was sure I heard the ping of metal hitting metal - and I think only Sonny Crockett has ever brought down a chopper with hand gun ) and Gibbs did have a rifle. Now a rifle compared to a hand gun.. I'm not expert but I don't think that would even be a real contest and the chopper appeared to be swooping in low at the time Gibbs got the kill shot in.
