Greetings Princesses and McGeeks! Welcome to the NINETEENTH Timothy McGee thread!!

WE MUST DECIDE ON A NAME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Many thanks to Mod Nici for opening the door for me to start this one myself. By doing this for me, when we decide, which must take no longer than the first page, I will have the ability to edit the title myself to our decided name.

As usual, Saskie73 here, your McGee Clone Tester and Hander Outer... In honour of the Past McGee Clone Tester, I'll start with what Mezzo had, and tweak it with my own additions, to keep it current...

M.I.T. t-shirts...dinosaur cereal... lots of calamine lotion (not to mention Gibbs and Abby’s special baking soda/vinegar paste) ...that's just part of the lives of Probie's Princesses/McGeeks! (And let's not forget the Femme Glow, and our newest favourite features of the Probalicious Wardrobe - the open necked shirts, jeans, and butter-soft Armani jackets!).. Of course, these days we can't forget the Milkbones and the Purina Dog Chow for our Probie's new man's best friend, "Jethro". We all love an animal lover after all!

NEW PRINCESSES/McGEEKS, the requirements to apply for a McGee Clone is as follows:

* Three (3) pictures of McGee

* Three (3) pictures of some tech device, ie, computer, iPod, Notebook, PDA, etc

* One (1) picture of cheesecake. That's for me.

**** PLEASE NOTE, that artistically inclined Princesses may, INSTEAD OF three pictures of McGee and three pictures of a tech device, submit one ORIGINAL piece of McGee art, either a banner or a wallpaper. This must be THEIR ORIGINAL CREATION, and not begged, borrowed, stolen, or otherwise procured from another artist. The cheesecake, however, is not negotiable! ****

*There is a 5 post rule. This simply means that you have to have posted at Ops at least 5 times before being eligible. This rule can also be found in the first Jimmy's Crickets thread.

* For any members who are new to message boards and are not sure of how to post pictures, your images can be uploaded to a hosting site such as www.photobucket.com and an URL to link your post to the picture can be obtained from under your uploaded image. From there, simply click on the "Insert Image" button in the new message window, and paste your url between the brackets in the tags. That’s it, simple!

Okay, so that it didn't get lost in the intro post...

Near as I can remember our choices came down to two:

Wet 'n Wild Votes to date: 4 - Held over for Thread #20!

and

A God Among Men Votes to date: 5 - The Winner and Champeen!

We need to decide as soon as possible. As I stated above, by letting me open the thread myself, Nici has given me the ability to edit our title.

ALSO in the event that A God Among Men wins, if nobody objects, we will hold over "Wet 'n Wild" for thread #20. That way we don't have to go through this again next time! If anyone objects, please say so. I will interpret silence as being agreement.

I'm willing to make a new banner for this tread, but if anyone als want to make one, go ahead, since I made the last one.

Wet 'n Wild did have the most votes - because it was the only choice. Then someone suggested "A God Among Men" and some votes were changed.

I'll go through the old thread later when I get home and try to do a count to post the results, and I hope to keep it updated based on votes on this new thread too.

I'd also like suggestions on a time limit. I'm not into making arbitrary decisions around here, it's not MY thread, it's OUR thread. If anyone has any ideas for a cut-off, toss them in please!

Sorry for the tardy response, my mother is in hospital with a broken arm 1400 km away so I've been a little busy. The hospital actually made it worse.

Meanwhile, I think I actually prefer A god among men but maybe we can save wet and wild for later...and hope he still keeps getting wet.

I have modified the vote tally post to include your choice.

I also agree that Wet 'n Wild should be held over if it doesn't win. Too many people liked it before another choice came up to not use it at all.

ok really quick question, does anyone know what episode it is that our poor timmy gets held hostage or hsn't that happened yet, and if i need to go to the spoilers section i'll cry cos i can't find anything about it, i thought it was collaterol damage but i don't think it is. humph.

Nobody seems to know just yet which episode it will be because that episode hasn't aired yet.

Thanks dcrunnergirl, would you believe I'm so orgainzed *snicker snort* that I have names and votes written down at home to keep track? LOL! I had your vote for AGAM counted in the original numbers I posted.

Okay since we've already had seven days in this new thread and nobody has any suggestions for a vote cutoff, how about Friday for the last day of voting? Today is Wednesday. I don't want any Mods coming here and crossing their arms and tapping their foot and clearing their throat at us for not having a name yet, hah hah! Then Saturday I change the thread title to the chosen name. It also seems to me that most people (including me) who voted for AGAM want WNW to be held over for #20, so if nobody objects perhaps we should do that when the time comes?
