9.5, I liked it a lot. Borin and Gibbs definitely made a good team this episode. Ending was definitely Tiva like. Just the two of them, watching a movie together. Do I sense a love triangle among Gibbs, Hart, and Borin?
P.S. Cartman? XD Way to go, AngelZ, way to go.

9.5. * LOVED Gibbs and Tony in the field - even if it was just for that one scene. The Guy talk and then SNAP - into Special Agent mode for both of them. * Dead. Deceased too? * Poor Ducky - or should I say poor Sophie for daring to do what she did to the silver. (Not unhappy though because she was trying to do what Ducky warned Jimmy against.) * New McNickname: McTattle * The kids felt like a team again this week. * Marines running on the beach looked like real Marines running on the beach. * Team realizing that they were flashing back to Mann. * Gibbs telling Borin that he wouldn't be calling her Abby. ;D More after I re-watch

More after I re-watch Concurred, and I thought the scuffle of getting the keys was hilarious.

Not too bad, much better than lsat week. Please someone kill Tiva! From your lips to God's ears. I liked it. I even liked the ending, because I saw it as her testing the friendship waters. Of course I know how others will view it, and that's fine. I saw it differently. McGee should have been there, though.

I disagree. I enjoyed last weeks episode much more than this one. It reminded me too much of Doppelgänger. I actually hoped that they would come up with something different. Except Abby all hyped up about her Caf Pow! I didn't see much joking and fun interaction. I liked the fact that they mentioned Jimmy's new girlfriend. He really deserves this new relationship and it's good to see that they talk about it. The case was interesting and I really didn't expect the way it developed.

Would have made the scene for me. (at least they were at the office and not at one of their apartments.)

As shows go it's getting long in the tooth, very hard to come up with new and original concepts.

Not necessarily new writers - though that would work, IF THEY MAKE THEM WATCH EARLIER SEASONS AND GET TO KNOW THE CHARACTERS... sorry. There are a lot of good fanfic writers who come up with new ideas, mine those, if they can.

Great idea, though someone in another fandom, who used to work in TV, told me that at least some shows put their writers under pain of death not to even glance at fanfic, for fear of even an unwitting plagiarism of what is posted there. They ought to have their interns start calling random law enforcement agencies around the country for war stories -- those who have been on the job for a while could tell them all sorts of things, including some so bizarre no one would believe they really happened, and could give them ideas for years to come. All they'd need to do was make either the victim or the witness a Marine or dead petty officer, and they'd be in business.

Oh, I know that restriction. I don't know of any fanfic writer who would not agree to their using their plot for something like screen credit - no compensation; walk-on role; set visit to watch them film the story. I'd agree to all three if they want to use any of my plots. Hear that guys? I have some good case stories! At least I think so, and I got lotsa good reviews, so I think others agreed. ;D

Writers and the show runners will not touch FanFic with the proverbial 10 foot pole. They avoid FF like the plague due to copywrite and lawsuit issues. There are those FF authors who would be more than willing to sue if they thought their ideas were being used by the show. There are some good Fan Fics out there. The problem is they tend to focus on one character to the exclusion of the others. Anyhoo, as I said this is not the place for this type of discussion, so back to our regularly scheduled program. If anyone wats to discuss this further let me know and I'll open a thread.
