Mine has been packed for weeks now Packed?!  I hate it to pack the suitcase and it is something I usually don't do until the evening before I leave... Cheers, Mel |

Just got back from one vacation on the east coast and now am getting ready to go to the west coast. Just need to to put a new set of clothes in suitcase and I'm ready to go! ;D
eta: I can't believe that I'm actually going to be dressed up for the costume party, I don't even do that for work!

I never dress up either. I can't believe I have an entire costume assembled (everthing is big on me, though).

I rarely go out on Halloween - work at home, live in an apartment so I don't get a lot of the kids to hand out candy to, and I'm so not a party person - and I still dress up every year, just for my own fun if nothing else. Last year I went as Kate when she was undercover on One Shot One Kill, and another year I went as a shooting victim - I had a white shirt with bullet holes cut in it over a red shirt (and red fabric paint around the outlines) and I put a bullet hole in my forehead as well using lipstick and eyeliner. Oh, and I got a piece of crime scene tape that said "Crime Scene: Do Not Cross" and I pinned it to the shirt as well. If I can ever find the pics I'll post them. |

A shooting victim, now that's a great costume! Why didn't I think of that? Love to see the pics, Meg. I have to do the costume thing this year (for those little laminated pieces of paper) cause I missed out on getting Bert's badge last year.  I only hope that the rewards will be worth the effort (I apologize in advance about complaining about my aching feet), at least it's only for one night. Also, totally looking forward to visiting the set again. That was awesome.... |

we (kibbslover and me) leave at the 30th of august. then we go for a roundtrip (la - las vegas - yosemite - san francisco - santa maria - van nuys)

Great - it's going to be so neat to finally meet all of you.
Anyone know if the security scanners at the airport erase film on disposable cameras? I want to try and take photos but I'm terrified of losing them and I won't have time to get them developed.
