Wasn't really a good episode. I found it pretty boring and Abby was acting more than strange. I'm really annoyed with her "baby" attitude, especially the scene with Gibbs when she tells him that he never rose his voice with her. I was hoping that she would have acted a little bit more mature. I know that she is always portrayed as different and a little bit eccentric but this episode was a little too much. It's a shame that the Abby focused episode turned out this way.
I think they focused a little bit too much on the science part and how Abby tried to solve the mystery, I was missing the drama and suspense and action in this episode.
The Travolta thing was just plain stupid and idiotic. I absolutely hated that part. It totally didn't fit Tony's character, he was never a fan of Halloween and even hated that holiday. I found it pretty out of character to show him in his costume at the office.

^^Well, Ethel is special LOL I'm already used to Abby's acting like a baby. It annoyed me, but eh, that's Abby. She'll never grow up.

The only other character similar to her on TV is Criminal Minds' Garcia, who is a total eccentric, but a total adult. I actually think she is the only female character on TV I like If they wanted to do something for Halloween go something original... oh wait I know lets make Tony the butt of another stupid joke. the John Traveled costume awful, embarrassing totally IEEE

I think it was more of Tony wanting to get laid than him enjoying Halloween, IMO.

I guess I stand alone yet again. I didn't at all see Abby behaving like a baby in Cracked. She and the woman who portrays her were wonderful and made me love the episode. I can easily see myself watching this one multiple times.
In case you don't go to the polling thread, here's what I wrote over there:

I liked this episode, too. But I suspect the problem is the new writer forgot to add humour. I hope she'll find some for next time, because it's a little bit flat without the fun.

Hmmm is it me or have all the NCIS fans left this site and only haters of the show live here now ? . Any how I like this episode we saw abby's best and worst sides in this episode. The tenacious stubborn solve a mystery at all cost scientist and the moody, bratty women child side of her personality that comes out when she loses her objectivity or too closely identifies with the victim. Abbys brilliance comes at a price she can be a real pain at times and in most ways is way more immature than fellow science nerd Timmy who as had to grow up (sometimes force) due to his field agent status. I give the episode a B+ .....I cant wait for RJ's return in the next episode and in the following episode featuring the return of Ziva's dad ...sparks should fly in that episode ;D
