There is one photo where you can see that he has a tatto on the right side on his neck almost hidden by the collar of his shirt. IMO, the only way Tony would end up with tattos is if he lost a bet to Abby.

Maybe I'm not in the right section but I'm looking for an episode where McGee and Dinozzo have an argument. There alone in the bullpen I think, but at the end McGee says: 'Temporary team-leader' and after that Dinozzo runs of. McGee realizes what he's just said and tries to make up but Dinozzo doesn't listen and just waves his hand like he doesn't care.

Hope someone can help and if I'm in the wrong section let me know. I'm new here and I haven't found my way around yet

I noticed it too. This is the one where you can see it the most.
Maybe it's just me, but I don't necessarily dislike the tattoos, but it sure seems like alot of them all at once.

Re: the tats

I hope it's for an undercover op and not losing a bet to Abby. I like when he goes undercover and if he has to get tats for that, then it sounds kind of extreme.

I hope he didn't just get his own tattoos. Not that I have anything against them, I have two, I just don't want him marked up. ;D
