Thanks everybody, Im glad you liked it! It took no less than two and a half hours to do, so gushing praise and pictures of Gibbs in boxing gloves go a long way to making me want to do it again ;D Although, future ones may not be *as* detailed as this. Five pages may be a *little* much, and I do want to leave some stuff for you to discover when you watch it yourselves. Don't want to take all the fun out of it

Now that I know Ari is gone, I feel kind of disappointed. I mean it was kind of cool to have a main villain on the show. I vote for a new villain.. A meaner, cooler villain You know someone to make Gibbs all excited again A villain that Tony could have more interaction with, because I felt that Tony was kind of left out in the Ari thing. They didn't even meet face to face <<sigh>> As for Ziva, I don't know what to think. It's not that I don't like her(I haven't watched her on the show yet to decide) It's more like I don't like the idea of her all together. And the idea of her making out with Tony just doesn't appeal to me Well, I guess I just have to wait and see

I have mixed feelings about Ziva. On the one hand, she did kill Ari, on the other hand, he was her half brother and she obviously had feelings for him, but yet she was able to kill him. On yet another hand, she isn't Kate (and that does earn her points in my book <g>) I think that I won't be able to judge Ziva properly until we've seen her in a proper ep and not just these 2 which are really parts 2 and 3 of Twilight. Once things get back to 'normal' I'll see what she's really like.

Rain, thanks soooo much for doing this for us!! I mean, she's Ari's half sister, and she's pretty insistent in Part 1 that Ari's not going to be taken down by Gibbs or his team. So we can adapt the fact that she loved his brother much and of course, wanna give him a chance to show that he's innocent. However, after she's convinced (now in Part 2) that Ari's responsible for Kate's death, she didn't really do what I expect her to do in that situation, if she said she's the good agent she is. And by that, she's putting two person in danger (Gibbs and her own brother). IMO, she must have a way to bring Ari in and gave him a chance for a fair trial. But no, it ended up we have Gibbs' putting himself in danger and let himself be the bait (well not that I'd complain about wet Gibbs ;D) Yes, no one could have stopped what Gibbs wants or needs to do. But come to think about it, could Ziva guaranteed that shot she gave Ari? Where's her insistence we saw about not wanting Ari got killed? She hasn't tried hard enough to stop Ari from killing agents again and by not doing that, she abandoned the chance to save her own half-brother's life before she still had a chance to. OK, enough rant. First of all, you're welcome Second, let me see if I can break this down for you. Have you seen the ep? If not, it'll definitely make sense after you see it. But here's the deal. So Ziva believed in Ari's innocence. She could not accept that he could have shot Kate, and he swore up and down to everyone (her, Ducky, Gibbs) that he didnt. She was trying to protect him because she thought he was innocent and that Gibbs was just in a blind rage. But then Gibbs convinced her to set him up with Ari so he could prove to her that she was wrong about him, that he really was an evil nice guy. She agreed to set him up, but warned Ari that it was a set-up. Ari showed up anyway, and when he confessed to killing Kate and she saw how Gibbs was right and he really was just a heartless s.o.b, she did her duty. Why didnt she bring him in instead of shooting him? Maybe she was just that ticked off at being betrayed by him.

Thanks Rain! Your recap was super spectacular! And thanks for the standings GG! Wow, #3! [shadow=orange,left,300] HOORAY![/shadow] I think that this was a really good ep, and I really really really...hope that we learn more about Gibbs' first wife and daughter. I used to think that the whole "romance between agents never works" was maybe because of Shepard. But now I'm thinking that maybe he worked with his first wife and someone killed them to get at Gibbs, like how Ari killed Kate and tried to kill all the other woman he works with. But that's just a theory . Scene with Tony at the pool was great, and also with him in the car. One of the only things I didn't like was the end at the funeral. Why would Gibbs be smiling. At Kate's funeral! And it's not like they were talking about something funny that had happened with her or anything. Anybody have any ideas?

Did anyone of you know that Gibbs had a daughter with his first wife?
And whatever happened to them? How were they killed? The way Gibbs was talking and Ziva saying she was sorry, I guess the wife and daughter were killed. If anyone knows what happened I'd really like to know.

Hi LJG_ncis
The daughter was never mentioned in any other episodes and I have seen all of them.

The smile was because he had finished what he said he would do. Even though he had lost Kate, he could smile because she could rest in peace and not haunt his thoughts so much anymore. He was smiling because his "family" was safe from the mad man. He was smiling because the song that Abby chose to play for Kate's funeral was so Creole appropriate. There were many reasons for him to smile.

Some of my fave quotes that I still remember (hehe) Ducky: For God's sake Gerald, use the clutch! Abby: For not leaving the building, there is a lot of people leaving the building. Tony: (after seeing the pizza) I love you boss. Abby: It's not a skirt, McGee. You can't look up to see what you want. You all summed it up well so I have no need to say much. haha ... um ... yes I did like Tony and the pool scene ... especially his "cover story" That cracked me up. LOL All the little things I liked as well. The ending made me misty eyed when they eached walked past Kate's coffin and placed the flower in. When Jenn walked by and placed a rose in my mom said, "Hi, you have no clue who I am but I'm here anyway" hehe silly but yeah ... I smiled when Gibbs smiled ... it was a good enough ending for me

Ducky yelling at Gerald killed me. This one had me guessing at things until the end. I was right not to trust Ari, and Ziva. At least she redeemed herself at the end, but still. She profiled Gibbs for Ari, not good. SEE! That's what you gain from watching every single episode of Alias. It's so WRONG that I have to be at church tomorrow night for a set change while the season premiere will air. ANYWAY! Ducky's ringtone was a nice touch. Which reminds me....

Rain, your episode recap was the greatest! Except I had to try not to laugh out loud because it's almost midnight and my hubby is asleep in the next room and I'm sure he wouldn't understand why I was laughing so hard. <sigh> Poor Gibbs...constantly getting wet and NO COFFEE! He hasn't had a cup in his hand since he dropped the one outside the building when someone (Ari, the other guy?) shot at Abby. And who picked out the outfit for Kate to wear in her coffin? Probably the same person whose been doing Lauren's hair..she needs to get a new hairdresser. (no offense meant to any hairdressers/stylists out there..). I loved Tim looking up underneath the TV, Ducky's ringtone, Tony's improv at the hotel (are all the Tartlets ok? ), and yes, Gibbs was right about Ari all along. But how did Ziva shoot him in the head if she was on the stairs? Or was she outside and shot him through one of the basement windows (like Gibbs shot the guy in "Marine Down") but if she was outside, how did she get inside so fast after Ari went down? I know, picky, picky , picky! I'm betting Ziva will be back for a while to help find the missing plutonium, though. Plus, Gibbs needs to wear a suit more often.

First of all, you're welcome Second, let me see if I can break this down for you. Have you seen the ep? If not, it'll definitely make sense after you see it. Not yet, but Tony and Gibbs are gonna come meet me soon. Rain, thanks for explaining it to me! You're such an angel! Yes, I understand the betrayal she might have felt. But IMO, she still shot her own half-brother. um.. no matter how mad, how betrayed one felt, I didn't quite buy that one killed a siblings like that. She could incapacitate instead of shot him dead, I think. But I'll watch the episode and come back to tell you if I could believe it more. OTOH, in part one and now confirmed in the second, she was attempting to get Ari out of the country. She claimed she knew Gibbs so well (I wonder if Jenn told her about Gibbs now) she would have known Gibbs won't kill a person in cold blood. So I still think she should not let Ari and Gibbs go play hide and seek and this hunting game when she has the chance to stop this. Despite all these, I'm still looking forward to watch this. *pulling hairs* someone pleeease kindly cap the wet Gibbs and wet half-dressed Tony with pizza and sexy car pleeeeeease!!
