Jess, Mark's character was shot and killed in a robbery during that scene. That last pic is of him first being shot. It's on the season finale of West Wing - Mark is actually in the last four eps of that season playing a Secret Service agent assigned to protect one of the characters who's getting death threats. His name on there is Simon Donovan.
And thanks for the pics, Mchnelson, he looks awesome. I love that little grin.
On a lighter note, I got a good laugh while out shopping today. I saw Carhartt clothing being sold at...are you ready for this?
