Coming back to this road trip idea jo mentioned in the last thread... Mel suggested Lake Arrowhead. Good thinking. Think we get to stay at the cabin?

I'd like to apply for a Gibbs clone! If I am not mistaken I have to post pictures here now. Do those 5 pics have to come all in one post? No, you're not mistaken, this is the place to put them. The pictures do not all have to be in one post; you've posted one earlier and these three now, makes four. One more picture and we're in business. *cough* And remember the 'optional' Step 4 in the clone application process... *cough* After all how is one to clone without creativity and we all know creativity comes only if the cloner feels relaxed and is well-fed with lots of chocolate!

I have to upload optional ;)step 4 first. But here is the last picture I need. He does have a nice smile! Edited: Ok, found some things for step 4. Flowers: Coffee (After all, we are talking about a Gibbs clone): Chocolate Cake with blueberry topping:

Chocolate cake with blueberry topping, is it only me who went NO? Mind you I don't like Black Forest Gateaux, so perhaps it is just me. I don't like the idea of fruit and chocolate together, so no orange or strawberry chocolates either.

Ah, now we're talking Bambi. Yummy cake. jo and I will have a nice piece of that with some coffee then and discuss this cloning process.
Righto. Don't call us, we'll call you!
*bags cake, coffee and flowers and traipses off*
Edited because I can clone but I can't spell! Somebody explain that to me.

Plain chocolate cake? Or is cake a bad idea all together? But to be on the save side, I'll add some chocolates.

I don't like the idea of fruit and chocolate together, so no orange or strawberry chocolates either. Not too sure about that cake, but I love raspberry flavored chocolate. Starbucks has a yummy Raspberry Mocha Frappucino. They also have Blueberry Creme, but after trying that I'd have to say I prefer the Raspberry Mocha. I wonder if Gibbs would scoff at Frappucinos, or would resort to them in hot weather. Nah... somehow I can't see in him line ordering that. I can't see him ordering anything but strong coffee.

Mel suggested Lake Arrowhead. Good thinking. Think we get to stay at the cabin? Tell me one good reason why we shouldn't be allowed to do so @bbb: You've got way too much time on your hands. But actually it reminded me of something a NY-friend said to me a couple of years ago: Du bist verrückt, mein Kind. Du gehörst nach Berlin wo die verrückten sind. (Probably something like: "You are nuts, my dear. You belong to Berlin where the nuts live."). Well and reading your little picturesque story clarified why he would have considered Berlin the capital of nuts in the first place Anyways. Not really something that fits in this thread but I'd like to share anyways. Last week I came across this pic: and it just screamed: Cheers, Mel

I like all of it, I love Black Forest Cake and plain chocolate cake and plain chocolate... I even like chili chocolate. Not to worry, since it's jo and myself who'll eat it, it's all good Bambi. And my Gibbs clone just scoffed at the idea of anything but plain, strong coffee. No fancy pseudo coffee for him he says.
