Oh, and happy birthday Mark!
I've read this really cute article about Mark's birthday last year somewhere. Knowing Mark hates making a big deal out of his birthday, Lauren Holly made T-shirts saying "It's Mark Harmon's Birthday" for everyone on the set to wear, and filled Mark's trailer with confetti and balloons just to embarrass him, but it turned out that he loved it!
Ahhhh....all these cuteness never stop....
