Mm, mm, good! I love the 'Crossfire Trail' one. I've always had a thing for the villain...especially when they look that good! I just watched him as villain in "Casualties." Funny how I'm always on his side!

Haven't seen it yet, but I'm sure I'd be on his side, too!
I love the part in 'Crossfire Trail' when Rafe says something like, "He has good manners and he smells nice" about Bruce. I was like, "I'll bet he does!"

I just finished watching Mark;s 1991 movie "Cold Heaven." What a dreadful flick! Totally bizarre. Mark plays a guy who died a couple of times and was practically dead the rest of the time. It always amazes me what a good job he does in some awful movies! But I watched this and no way could imagine him as Jethro Gibbs!

That's a wonderful compliment, Dottie. An actor couldn't ask for more.

We kept liz up late and away from work last night Dottie... Blame the bad girls... Yeah, and then there was this little thing called sleep, and the alleged boyfriend thinks I have a life beyond my computer, and... Can I just quit work and do this full-time? at least the alleged BF loaned me his DVD of The Great Escape so I can cap young DMcC in a fedora for comparison purposes...

Hee, there's a movie on tonight called 'The Fourth Floor'. I thought for a second it might be 'The Fourth Story', but it was too recent. Wouldn't that be awesome? Heck, I'm already here more than I'm anywhere else... I have got to watch 'The Great Escape' again! The first time I saw it I was in sixth grade, with no inkling of who DMC was. (I barely knew who James Garner and Steve McQueen were!)

Just finished watching "The Long Road Home." Geez, can that guy act! In this he was a migrant farm worker during the Depression. Terrific! I've seen a lot of Mark's movies now, and my general impression is that he's a far better actor than the material he has to work with. And while he's awfully good looking, in most of these flicks he doesn't come across as sexy, at least not to me, even when there's a lot of sex in the film. Only in the later years - a bit in Chicago Hope and The West Wing, and a LOT in NCIS! Gibbs is a lot different from most of the other characters - well a little like Simon in The West Wing - and I think it's a perfect role. He's got a lot more intensity in this role. (I like intensity.)

Lucky dog! I've seen, let's see, four of his movies and only a few eps of CH. Other than that, the only thing I've seen him in is NCIS. Not that that's bad...just wish I'd seen more. (I'm catching up, though. Slowly.) I've always had the impression that he's a great actor stuck in not-so-great movies. It's unfortunate. Intensity is definitely good! I think intense is the number one I'd use to describe Gibbs.

Okay Gibblets, Your Galactic Empress says it's time to go Road Trippin'! The Agents are working a double shift this Tuesday night and then they're off until the 16th. So... let's hear from everyone who's in, and let us know who's bringing what supplies. The SUV is ready to go and I'll get that coffee tanker hooked up and filled up so we can leave bright and early Wednesday morning.
jo, mac I already know you guys are in... who's bringing what?
liz, think we can send the redhead to a rather congested voting booth? If we're lucky she won't find her way out of the polling place for ages!

Oo! Roadtrip! ;D You'll have to come and get me, you know. Might as well bring him into Pittsburgh on Halloween, so we can all do a little tailgating! I'll bring the kielbasa and kraut! Sorry, my twin, but that streak just has to end somewhere... And could someone make a clone of LJ so her dad doesn't notice she's missing??
