He knows construction..I suppose there would be a way he could take down part of the basement wall (haven't noticed if it's poured concrete or cement block) and get it out that way. He certainly got it finished (or almost finished) in a hurry! For the first three seasons it was just ribs and a pile of lumber..now all of a sudden he's painting the name on the stern. He still has to finish the interior of it, though.

My guess is that he may have gotten some done after he left NCIS and before he left for Mexico, and that theory is based on how much his face has healed when we see him walking down the beach to Franks' place. And then there are the indications that he's not spending as much time at the office—staying as late—as he once did. And if he's not in the office, he'll be in the basement. Darla, wondering how words go with Alfredo sauce ;D |

I just now been noticing the little band-aid on his toe. Mark must have bumped it during filming in these "shoes" (happens to me all the time).

Quite right. I was contemplating on the fact that these shoes might spoil the foot-fetish affect for the foot-fetishists. Doing that I spotted the 'mistake'. And then I decided nothing can disfigure a nice foot. ;D
