It's Monday in New Zealand so here comes your first challenge.
Challenge #1 Opening Line: "I've never seen a sample that big." Abby quipped. Closing Line: "I told you the mailman did it." responded Tony
Remember, your story has to be 500 words or more. Eighteen words have already been supplied for you.
The story can involve anyone who has featured in a NCIS episode or characters you make up yourself. But no Kate/Gibbs UST as per the fan fictions rules at the index of this section.
The beginning of your story must have the opening line and the closing line that has been supplied for you, exactly as it has been typed. What you make of those two lines is entirely up to you.
Post all stories here and we will have a new opening and closing line in a fortnights time.
Enjoy. The possiblities are endless if you just use your imagination It's also a great way for some of our newer members to join in and participate.

Post your responses in the appropriate thread. Each response thread will be marked with the Challenge number so that they don't get mixed up.
You have a fortnight to complete your story before the next challenge goes up.

First of all, a big thank you to everyone who participated in the first challenge. If you are still writing a response to it, that's fine just make sure you post it in the right thread. Challenge #2 Your Opening line:"Is it meant to be this slimy?" Kate asked. Your closing line:"That's what you get for sticking your hand in my drawers." Grinned Gibbs. You have a fortnight to post your stories in the responses thread. Have fun.

;D ;D ;D jo and Gibbsgirl are going to be in charge of "Fan Fiction Challenges" in the future. I know they will come up with clever lines that will encourage other writers to come out of the closet I mean out of hiding. They will be receiving virtual pay and other goodies.
