I want to be the first to tell you two what a fantastic job you did with this story.
When Mac and I came up with this plot bunny we knew we didn't have the time or the energy to do it justice. Leaving it open for adoption in chat that night was an interesting experience for us since we had no idea who would take it and in what direction. Would they treat it right? Could they possibly see it the way we did?
We had several interested parties, but none quite so determined as Margaret who took off that night, intent on sharing the idea with LJ. You have written a story that has given us a wonderful look inside Kate and her daughter. Congratulations on a terrific and realistic work of art.
I wish Sasha and all the cast knew what fans they have here; how much their characters have become a part of our circle of friends. I look forward to all the works here, both with and without Kate, since so many of us have stories to tell.
