hmmm i was rewatching s3 ep "iced" and i found myself drawn to tony & mcgee's discussion about lotions but more importantly bubblebaths. tony said something along the lines of "next you'll be telling you like bubblebaths". but i can remember mcgee repling instantly with "whats wrong with bubblebaths". now his tone to me sounded that he's a regular to this. BUT he doesn't have a bath only a shower, so where does he take these bubblebaths hmm hmm. catching my drift now ?

Hehehehe... I was watching this stupid Disney movie (because nothing was on) and SEAN MURRAY was in it! It was called Hocus Pocus and it was very strange because I was sitting there staring at the screen, not even paying attention and when his character came on I was like ,"Is that.... is that Sean Murray?" So I sat there staring at the tv before realizing that yes it WAS indeed Sean Murray and I had seen that movie before and never even realized it!
Now that I see it, I'm a little ashamed I never noticed it before because, he looks exactly the same just in younger form so... eh.. well that was my Sean Murray expierence for they day that made me very HAPPY! ;D ;D

Hihihi! ;D That was Sean Murray alright! first appearance if I'm not mistaken. I watched the movie only because of him and I was delightedly surprised to see how sweet he was as a teen and how he didn't really change much only matured. Too bad he was a cat for the rest of the movie His voice was completely different though, that kinda threw me off, I kept thinking "Is it really his voice or not?"

Thackery is the first pic. According to tv.com: There are credits listed on www.tv.com/sean-murray/person/34062/appearances.html but I think the music credits are the wrong Sean Murray. imdb has some other credits listed but there is an English actor of the same name who I think has become entangled in the list www.imdb.com/name/nm0615266/He didn't do the cat voice but for the kid he had an English accent (he spent some of his youth here in Aus so maybe he picked up some strine to go with the US twang). Also, I don't think his voice had broken yet. Good point about the bubble bath - maybe Abby has a coffin shaped tub....

I don't think Sean did the voice for either Binx (the cat), or Thackery (the kid). If you listen, the voice is the same for both characters. The reason for the dubbing was that the producers decided afterwards that Thackery and Binx should have an old English accent, and Sean doesn't do those, so Jason Marsden was brought in to dub over the dialogue. It wouldn't make sense to have a cat with an accent and a kid without one when they're supposed to be the "same" character. I also saw another movie (This Boy's Life) with Sean in it at that age (so the post-pubescent mature voice argument doesn't hold water there) and he doesn't sound anything like Thackery.
Sean Murray is a popular name. True, the Robin Hood Sean Murray is not our Sean Murray. I also agree in thinking the music credit is wrong as well. The problem with IMDb is that all of the information is user submitted, and so is prone to mistakes.

I knew it! I'm sooo good! I love Sean's voice, it reminds me of Ton Hanks' voice (sorry if you don't like this comparison). Tom is one of my favs so I really mean it as a compliment.

Hmmm, I went through the search facility on Sean Murray's Yahoo site and found an answer:
The question was:

Yeah, that's where I got my info on that subject quite awhile ago Oz. Nothing like having The Man himself clear something like that up, eh!

Yes, I was actually trying to prevent someone else asking the question on the yahoo site in case it had already been covered - and it had. He actually took time out to say 'hi' to someone personally today. Nice way to keep fans. OK don't all rush to say hi: how would you like it if 500 people emailed you just to say hi? I just thought it was a nice touch. I was only thinking today that filming starts soon and he's going to have to go through separation anxiety (child not wife). It's harder than you think. I cried on my first day back, both times.

You know, that's actually the reason why I don't replay there so often, for me just being in the same virtual space with the man is an "owe-some" situation... I think about NCIS a lot during the day and I'm really gratefull for him being such a good actor (and a delicious looking man LOL), Sometimes I really want to write something like "Thank you for doing this" but I feel silly...
Awww, My sister was like that, she always cried when she had to take the girl to the nany...
*sigh* I really wanna have children... But my hubby insists it's too soon for him (for verious reasons).

That's a problem with a lot of husbands, not just yours. I remember my brother bought his wife a succession of animals to look after everytime she got clucky. They ended up with two kids and a small zoo. Now he does half the childcare - never thought my little brother would be so attached to kids.

Don't feel silly, Sean is a very gracious man. He'd love to hear that. He is wonderfully ordinary, he's never acted like, "Oh, I'm a big star and you guys are priviledged that I choose to be in your midst." He's one of us over there, a normal, ordinary member who happens to be the subject of the board. Brian Dietzen is exactly the same way. He doesn't have a lot of time to post on his board but when he does, he's gracious and thanks us for being so respectful of him, tells us we're awesome and gives us nice long, newsy updates on his life. Any of us who are priviledged to be a member of both Sean and Brian's boards are very very lucky to have these two awesome, humble and gracious men cyber-mingle with us. If you're grateful for that, tell Sean, I'm sure he'd love to hear it.

Awww... Thaks Lynda you are so nice! It's funny, I know a few Israeli celebs and I met a very few international ones but I'm still finding it hard to express myself "around" Sean. He was kind enough to give me a few recomndation for music (I also like electro very much) I didn't even take the time to give him feedback for that. Maybe some day

I'm very much with saskie73 on this. I try to always say thanks on forums no matter who the source. I don't expect a reply. Just make it brief. If you are too shy, do a 'thanks for that' then immediately change the subject. I'm sure he understands that if people don't say thanks, it's just due to nerves. I don't do the 'a question for Sean' bit because I think that's a bit too forward for me. I have, on occassions, had him reply to a question I was throwing out to general forum and I was genuinely surprised when he answered my dual Aussie-US question. Of course that's another point: HE says thank you to people too. And a piece of McGee trivia which some of you may have seen in the 'facts' thread - McGee's email address:
