Excellent ep, everyone at the top of their game, and, for once, the ending snap for the fourth act didn't give anything away! I gave it a 9.5 .....and you could dance to it, too!

HAH!!! We KNEW it was that skeezy little creep Chip!!!!
That aside, they really packed a lot into the final 5 minutes.
The two Michaels did a great job...
I thought Michael Weatherly turned out a really good performance, mostly in the jail cell scene with Gibbs.
Michael Bellisario had me doubting Chip did it, though, until the final 5. He did a knockout job with the whole "Abby's little helper" act who was "trying" to help her clear Tony.
The butt thing with Ziva... McGee has come a long way if he's teasing her by flashing some booty for her to rate. He never would have done that a year ago. Of course, Kate was there a year ago and she was a completely different personality than Ziva is, so I doubt he would have done that with her. But who would have thought that his tush would inspire Abby to look at the Jane Doe identification conundrum from a whole new angle?
Anyone else notice the reference to Ted Bundy? Who, of course, was played by Mark Harmon in an 80's tv movie (Deliberate Stranger) about said serial killer.
Overall and enjoyable, riveting episode, I thought!

;D I gave it a 10-you can dance and sing to this one! LOL! As I posted before-everything was spot on-just right- from Gibbs no doubt belief in Tony to Abby's taking down Chip-a great epi!

Awesome ep! I gave it a 9.5. All the actors were great, Michael W. and Pauley especially.

I watched it this morning and I love this ep. I loved MW's performance in jail. That was perfect. This was a well directed episode and somebody needs to give the Director an atta boy. I gave it a 9.5 even though it was perfect. I can't give 'em all a ten when they're full of Tony. (I gave Under Covers a ten.)

Well acted, and a good story - except we all knew going in that it was Chip, thanks to Lauren Holly's egregious spoiler in TV Guide.
However, I have to give it a 7 - that's one point off for Director Shepard's appearance, one point off for her silly conversation with Gibbs, and one point off for yet another flashback. Well, okay, add one because they weren't having sex in the flashback. So an 8.

i had to give it a 10. everyone was fantastic and TONY was SUPERB!!! as everyone has mentioned - the jail scene was soooooo good. it gave me goosebumps. and i loved how gibbs motioned him over and gave him a 'gibbs slap' to bring him back to reality and calm down. "thanks, boss." jen didn't bother me as much in this one. not to say i'm thrilled she's on board for good. i'd rather just have ziva - and if we have to have jen then she should be like the last director. in very few scenes.

If Michael Weatherly doesn't get nominated for Best supporting Actor in a drama series next year, I'm gonna be ticked...

9.5 - adored it. But it was a tad obvious, so hence losing the 0.5

Loved it! Loved it and gave it a 10 It was just perfect,it rocked from Michael Weatherly with a performance that just blew me away especially in the NCIS interrogation room and the cell scene with Gibbs, to Pauley who brought such a range of emotions to Abby from dejected when she thought she was gathering evidence to lock Tony up for ever, to her evangilist performance and declaring she would crucify the one responsible. Standing ovation to all involved and can't forget Mark Harmon who brought to Gibbs the right mix of fatherly concern for Tony and the ability to bring him out of his troubled rant in the cell with the head slap and then the tap under the chin encouraging Tony to keep his chin up. MH you are a star. David, Cote and Sean, even Jo Spano you were all brilliant in what the writers gave you. Ok I'm rambling and this not the place to ramble so I'll now ;D

Absolutely loved it!! Great ep. Would have normally taken off .5 for figuring out that Chip was involved, but the acting in this one overpowered anything negative. Bravo performance from all. Loved the “butt” scene (of course), loved “Tony in jail” scenes, and loved all the Abby scenes, in particular to the Abby/McGee & Abby/Gibbs combos. Plus, you gotta love Chip being gone!!!! I’m sooooo looking forward to the next ep. Whoooo hoooooo…power to our favorite GEEK!!!
