Two words for this episode.. 'Simply Perfect'
So I give it a 10. I just love everything and everyone in this episode.

The best part of this episode had to be Tony The scene where he was interrogating himself in the cell, we got to hear how he views himself. As we later see in 3.11 Model Behavior when Abby goes up and hugs him after everyone walks out during his speech (after accepting the award on Gibbs' behalf, mind you!) we get to see more and more that he's just lonely. Abby understands that. MW was awesome in the ep, Frame Up is now my second favourite episode, after SWAK, another MW-centric ep.

Hmm... so tempting to give it a 10 but...
Yeah, the flashback... didn't quite get it - really sucked. I'm not 100% keen on Shepherd and Gibbs in this ep, she needs to stop trying to prove herself to Gibbs and just get on with it, there was no need for the 'in between ass-kissing on the hill' line. However, love his "Just proves you should have stayed a field agent!" *nod* - you tell her, Gibbs.
Big issues with Chip. I don't like the way he was brought in for this purpose, or that he was even employed by a government agency after having been fired previously.
However, MW was outstanding. In the cell and when he was alone in interrogation, what a performance. It was DiNozzo at his best, without a doubt.
Overall, a 9.

I gave this episode a 9.5. I couldn't stand Michael Bellisario's character from the get go.
