I have to disagree about new viewers after Angel of Death. I personally know 3 people and their significant others who started watching NCIS with Angel of Death due to me talking about it incessantly. They came back for Season 5 and are totally hooked. Plus, there were more viewers in Season 5 than there were in previous seasons. Each season has brought in more and more viewers. You did a great selling job, "Angel Of Death" was the weakest season finale that I've seen, because to me nothing happened. I think that Season 4 was a Season where the only episode that I'd watch again was "Cover Story." Wow. I loved Season 4 and re-watch my DVDs often. Grace Period was one of the best episodes of the series for me. Did you buy the DVDs anyway? My vote for "weakest" season finale was Season 1. I like it as an episode but not as a season ender.

Here I go again going against the grain. I like Nikki. I liked her working with Tony. They make a good team (for the 'shippers, I'm not talking romantically). I have no problem with Nikki joining the team. Remember folks, someone is going to die and if it's one of the team, she may be the new Probie, or Gibbs could just be getting a 4th team member. Guess I don't get the heavy dislike against the majority of women (Abby and Ziva/ Kate the exception) on NCIS.Perhaps the germ-phobic thing is so she won't carry anything in to the hospital since her brother's immune system has to be weakened.

I, on the other hand think (and hope) that we haven't seen the last of Jeanne.
My heart was very sad when Tony lied and said "No".

Looked like Sacks (Slacks) to me too.
And no one but the SecNav would have the power to fire the head of NCIS. And he wouldn't have the Assistant Director do it for him - very against protocol. Relieved of Duty is not the same thing as fired.

I don't think she's fired at all . Relieved of Duty is different. Besides, her Assistant Director wouldn't have the power to fire her. She could only be fired directly by the Secretary of the Navy. This is not a job he'd send someone to do - there is protocol within the Federal Agencies.

I think I've figured out who is going. Wish I could write it on a piece of paper, stick it in a drawer and open it for everyone IF I'm correct. But, since that's not possible in the virtual world, I'll just have be prudent and say nothing.

Season Finale: I don't know if I'm looking forward to it or dreading it As for Nikki going to Iraq, would you say "no" when Gibbs ordered you to do something? Her only option would be to quit the agency if she didn't go. Although it's probably not true to life, I have a feeling that Nikki will be a little less of a germphobe by the time she gets back to the US.

From Celestial: Still thinking about the Werth situation... on the one hand, he deserved the Silver Star for saving those guys, but on the other hand, he probably has a court martial coming for, you know, all the drug use. I'm assuming that the two cancel each other out. So what I'm wondering is (and navyresgirl can probably answer this) what kind of discharge will he receive? Dishonorable, honorable, medical or is there another kind I'm not aware of?
Me: I wasn't in legal but it looks like he might receive what is called a General Under Honorable discharge. It's not the regular Honorable discharge and it's not Dis-honorable
(Sorry, don't know how to do the quote thing with just part of the post.)

Could be that Gibbs is on the phone with Tony.
I hope Gibbs locked his front door for a change so the Fibbies can't just walk in.

Are we sure that this is Gibbs basement? I haven't blown up the photos but it looks like the evidence garage to me.
Nevermind. I see the last photo is in the basement.
As for Tony in this scene, perhaps he's with...... well, you know who.

I, on the other hand, would love to see Jeanne (and Scottie Thompson) again. If nothing else to get some real closure between she and Tony.
