OMG, thanks Laura. Just what I need after a week like this which was topped off today when Murphy's "Everything that can possibly go wrong will go wrong" kicked in with full force.
Hugs, Mel

Alrighty. New thread, plenty of space for pic spam Stumbled across the following this afternoon. Don't think I've seen them before. If we had them and it's just my age... consider them some clickable eyecandy instead Cheers, Mel

Got the confirmation of my registration today. So I can assure you fellow foreigners the traveller-cheques-option does work. Not 100% sure I can make this year but I do hope it will work out my way even if it is just a 10 days trip or something like that. *fingers crossed*
Cheers, Mel

Will they let someone in the US send a US money order/bank check for the non-US attendees? I'm thinking that someone here in the US who already has a Paypal account could accept the non-US money into his/her account, then send the money order/bank check for the non-US attendees. (does that make sense?) For example, k!bbslover and mcHnelson could send the money to mollokoplus' Paypal account, then mollokoplus could get the money orders for them and send them in. (just let me figure out how to turn your money in my Paypal account into money orders for your memberships) :rolleyesatself Thanks for the offer, mollokoplus. E-Mailed the NCIS FanFest Planning Commitee the other day and they now added traveller cheques as payment option. Sent my registration right away and hope everything will work out. If not? I'm coming back to get you As far as pp is concerned. Yeah, fees are probably an issue but I guess none of the users here would mind a surcharge for paying via paypal as it makes the whole process a lot easier. Cheers, Mel

Yeah, mchnelson, noticed that. Seems like traveller cheques aren't no option either. Those outside the US can only pay via international money order. Will be very interesting to see the fees, my bank will charge Probably almost as much as the whole money order... Cheers, Mel

LOL. Whoops my fingers got ahead of my brain. I've basically got an abbreviation in that I'm hoping someone can figure out what it was, because I think I used the agent terminology without writing it down! Well, I've been to that seminar. Though not sure the cold in there didn't freeze my brain. But maybe you should just shoot. There's gotta be someone who can remember what was said there Cheers, Mel

Btw, talking about videos. There is one of Mark & Pam at the premier of One True Thing (09/16/98) up in the usual spot. *very subtle hint*
Took a look onto Mark's filmography last night. Seems he lend his voice to yet another cartoon character: Ulysses in "Adventures From The Book Of Virtues: Perseverence" Anyone here who's got this one?
Cheers, Mel
