I gave it an 8.5. Can't give it top marks cause it was just a little unsatisfying. How they ended the case was... unsatisfying, and how they are handling Vance... unsatisfying, and well, I just found I wanted more from the ep. Maybe what I need is the last ep to satisfy me, to tie up all that I've been wanting closure with.
But I loved the end, and I don't think Fornell buys the explanation either. I also loved the Abby/McGee parts. If I was excited to see this ep, I don't know what to say about anticipating the next!

Loved the fight scene with Tony and Michael. Although it appeared that Michael had the upper hand in that fight. Afterall, he is a trained assassin. Did he have a weapon hidden someplace? I didnt see one. Why did he go after Tony with that dagger of glass? He saw that Tony had his pistol in his hand. Did he think that Tony was not going to pull the trigger to defend himself? Poor judgment to me, unless he knew he was not going to survive his wounds from the glass.

9 / 10
After the previous two episodes (which were substandard to me) this was like a breath of fresh air. Loved it!

I rated it a 9.5. I'm still flashing on several scenes: * Gibbs and Tony's private convo at Tony's desk. Glad they're on the same page. * Professional all Business Tony. * Ziva up a tree - nice piece of humor before the fireworks began * The SecNav - glad to see him back. Jude does a great job with the role. * The document Vance shredded was fiction - and the SecNav knew it. Whoa! * Fornell being demonstrated on by Ducky * Tony and Rivkin - fight for life, the outcome and what this will mean when "Team Gibbs" has to go to Israel.

9.5 here as well.
Loved Gibbs and Tony, loved Fornell back, watch at least three times but still don't really get what Secnav is up to with Vance, and how his file is involved. And Ziva, I had to remember the thread we had once: friend or foe? I don't want to loose any cast member!

Really enjoyed this episode, great to see Fornell back and the show seemed to be on song with a lot of intrigue and action.
Can't understand why a lot of people were saying at one point that Tony screwed up. In my opinion he was following Gibbs orders, and in reality he didn't go to arrest anyone he went to talk to Ziva about the laptop being logged into her account. That was another indicator that Rivkin is involved up to his neck and that the dead terrorist was framed.
The only thing I thought Tony did was was that he should have pulled his gun immediately Rivkin opened the door but *shrug* never mind. I guess that wouldn't have been as dramatic a moment now would it, and tv is all about milking as much drama and tension as possible.
Cant wait to see the finale, and yes channel 10 are showing it next Tuesday , then if last year is anything to go by we will start up a week or two after the USA again.

8.5/10, there was too much focus on the heads of agencies.. i liked Legend II much better. but WHOA the fight was amazing. i thought the way they put tony in the ep was a bit... thingy, it didn't show clearly why he was doing what he was doing, if that makes sense, or maybe im just confused. or had too high expectations for this ep, and shouldnt even look at polls for upcoming episodes. haha omg i can't wait till the season finaleee

I have to give it a straight forward 9.5
I loved it, even including the fight between DiNozzo and Rivikin.
