New preview clip for tonight's episode, LD50 posted at cbs.com. www.cbs.com/primetime/ncis_los_angeles/video/?pid=O8MTPNpDPFkeOgF\Czk3VMcQFm4eXa8eAIn the preview clip for tonight's episode that was posted on CBS it looks like Dom is gone for good as Hetty is already wanting to bring a new recruit in which Sam is not happy about.
Is it me or does anyone else think that it is a little quick for Hetty to be wanting to want to bring someone else in? Shouldn't the team be given chance to determine if Dom is dead or alive let alone for them to deal with emotional ramifications of him being missing? I'm not a big Dom fan, I could live with or without him, but just seems a little tasteless on Hetty's part. What does everybody else think?

I think if the team needs four agents then it needs four agents. They could hire somebody for the time being and transfer him/her if and when Dom gets back. Team Gibbs had a few (if unsuccessful) replacements while Ziva was away presumed dead.

9.5 Great episode. As for Dom, Hetty is only trying to find a temp to replace him...they're still hoping to find him. I think the Dom storyline will figure into the season finale. And it looks as though MIKE will be coming back as the temp - possibly as replacement if Dom is dead. Good. I like that they aren't bringing in someone totally new to us. I thought Renko "fit" better than Dom anyway... Another thing I find interesting is how these characters are developing. Just by looking at them, I would expect Sam to be the one to see the glass half empty and G to see it as half full - but as G explained it to us last night, they're the complete opposite. Loved Kensi giving G a hard time at the end. *lol* Her complaint about them not getting recognition for what they'd done reminded me of earlier NCIS eps where Tony and Kate would make the same sort of comments. " We don't exist."
