Oh I really love Neil! She is just way too cute! Love Callen's big brother protective instincts coming out when Neil was out in the field, the whole line about how Neil looked like a runaway and not an agent and then telling her "don't take candies from strangers!" ;D

And Deeks is just way too amusing! He and Hetty needs to have an episode by themselves because those two together are just too hilarious!! Deeks still looks like a deer-in-the-headlights!
