Still mulling over the Kate hospital scene. I think it would have been better to have some Gibbs/Ari dialog than the bizarro Kate rehashed footage. Why hire Rudolph and give him no lines?  Hum... bad writing? Personally I think this episode is the victim " of the best laid plans of mice and men". I don't think the producers or the writers will ever admit it (while NCIS running) but I think the original plan was for 90 minute or 2 hour 200th episode but when CBS said no they were too far along in the production process to change to a new script and were force to truncate appearances no lines of dialog (fornell and ari) or use editing stunts for Jenny and Bizzaro Kate and almost eliminated Pacci appearances. I think a few years after Ncis is off the air someone will talk what really happened during the production of this episode and why what should have been a celebrated 200th turned into such a mess. |

He showed someone his wedding band before he went into interrogate Ziva... THAT one threw me for a loop.. not that the rest of the episode didn't but... just... Tony... Ring... What?? -headdesk-

Tony in the alternate reality marries Kate so it his wedding band and kates the dangerous women tonys joking about. And Ziva is a supected in some sort of crime Mossad commited, bceause she never joined NCIS.

Thanks all for pointing out the wedding band. I guess their lack of chemistry in the Forrest Gump hospital scene and the repeated reference to 'Kate/her' baby threw me.
