“Up in Smoke” – The NCIS team analyzes what secrets could be in the hands of a terrorist targeting the Navy when a high-tech bug is found inside a probationary agent’s tooth. Meanwhile, the festivities for Jimmy Palmer’s upcoming wedding continue with the bachelor party, on NCIS, Tuesday, May 8 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Jamie Lee Curtis returns as Samantha Ryan and Richard Schiff (“The West Wing”) guest stars as Harper Dearing.

Jamie's back. Yaaaaay. Don't get me wrong, I love JLC, but I'm getting tired of her character. I'm not saying to "kill" her off, but write her off so that we, who are getting tired of Samantha Ryan, can see her go byebye without dying. Otherwise....Ned!  |

Well that tradition of kill off the women folk end with Barret ..... But yeah I getting tried if creepy Dr Sam too and wouldn't mind her gone . |

And that's true....killed Kate off, killed Jenny off, killed Cassidy off, (well, I mean, she did die in the Line of Duty so she does technically count.) But yeah, so am I, drake. |

I really don't think they'll kill off a single mom.
I also don't think they'll do that to Gibbs.
I'm one who really likes Ryan.
With Mann it never felt like Mark was comfortable with those scenes but this time it comes across to me that he's actually enjoying this Gibbs relationship.

NCIS | Yes, TV’s most-watched drama has a super-intense, terrorism-themed finale coming up on May 15. But first, this coming Tuesday we must go through with a rite of passage for husband-to-be Jimmy Palmer. How is that going to work? “I have to say, it was a challenge,” series boss Gary Glasberg admits. But thanks to a script by Steve Binder, ” I think we came up with a really interesting way of combining the ticking clock of our terrorist storyline with Jimmy’s upcoming plans – as only NCIS can do.” Of course, Michael Weatherly did tease to me that Abby would be in charge of the stag party – or was the frequent kidder just funning with us? “Abby is absolutely involved, as in theory as Palmer’s best woman,” Glasberg confirms. “And she’s got all kinds of ideas up her sleeve. I've never disliked a story line as much as I dislike this one and all cos of Dr.Ryan. She literally ruined this show for me! Nothing made sense for me. Since when does Gibbs let others do the work for him? THINK for him? I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. I have srsly a hard time wanting to watch anymore. I have to force myself to watch an epi with her cos I know it will be horrible.  Never, in all these years, have I wanted a season to end more than this one  I turned it off more than once in the last two days. I have to say I am with you on this...but then again every time Col Mann is on even for a second I have to turn it off until she isn't on it again. |

The show has just become so dull and lackluster. Meh
I couldn't finish the episode because it was just flat boring.
Cupcake Wars reruns are more entertaining.

Personally Col. Mann was a gem compared to creepy psychopath Dr Sam. Dr Sam has no real ethics or morals and is very dangerous person really bound to no one person or country. Personally I think as soon as she gets bored working for the DOD she'll sell out the country and work for someone who's more permissive and allow her to run wilder more dangerous mind games probably for better $$$$ . Why is Gibbs missing this downside to Dr Sam's personality? Well I call it lonely man syndrome it happens to best of men and their judgement goes out the window. It usually happens to guys who beloved wife dies , divorced (after a long marriage where the poor sod was still in love with his wife and she splits) or failed long time 1st love relationship. Its usually followed by a series of un fulfilling relationships or long self imposed exile from relationships (Gibbs has done both). You get usually smart men getting into train wreck relationship with what is a face value seem to be exciting , intelligent, good in bed , usually very sexy women that turn out to be bad news loonies . She's(ie Dr Sam) usually using the poor slob for her ends and has no interest balanced emotionally fulfilling relationship . Creepy Dr Sam is using Gibbs for one of her mind games to advance her career and ego . I seriously doubt she loves or even cares for Gibbs . And God help her son. This is a nasty train wreck bad news relationship that I hope the producers end soon . If not and they drag this nightmare on I think shortly the fans are going to be hoping for the old Ncis tradition of gunning the women folk to start again. Grades for the episode, Gibbs /Dr Sam F- , Crime Story grade B- , side story Jimmy's bachelor party C- another not so great episode. And whats up with Vance? WTF? Ugh another disappoint episode after two great episodes   |
