"Damned If You Do" - The international manhunt for Eli David and Jackie Vance's killer turns into a federal witch hunt against Gibbs and the team, which questions their unconventional methods and threatens their future at the agency, on the 10th season finale of NCIS, Tuesday, May 14 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. well one thing we know based on info from other spoiler sites John M. Jackson will appear as A.J. Chegwidden ( it seems the team needs a really good lawyer) returns as retire admiral and semi retire private practice lawyer and Muse Watson as the ghost of Mike Franks who only Gibbs will see this time? Sounds kind of interesting for a part one of a season ending cliff hanger. what also be cool if Bud showed up as second chair for the defense since Patrick Labyorteaox is not evolved with a series it would be fun to see him again as Bud.  |

YES! After 11 years without a cast member from JAG, we're finally getting one! This makes my day. Chegwidden was one of my favorite characters. Still is! |

I'd still love to see Bud as second chair. This is going to get interesting and finding out who the wizard is that is running this witch hunt is going to be half the battle/fun.  |

Hmmmm the evil hanks/Pinocchio boy explanation, that he all by himself all of sudden got tried of Gibbs and team and decided to land on them with both feet does not make sense . Its obvious someone way more powerful is pulling his strings. So who is the great OZ gunning for Gibbs?

Personally what bothered me the most about witch-hunt boy's comments were that he's been watching Gibbs break the law for 20 years. So... what... now you decide something has to be done? Why not last year, or the year before? If Gibbs has been doing whatever he's been doing for 20 years and no one's said a word then, legal or not, clearly no one cared up til now... so what is it that someone now wants buried with a scapegoat? I cannot wait to see how this plays out. And I love the fact that they're bringing Chegwidden back for this!

Hmmm so I was wrong. But Gibbs shoot Fornell its got to be another red herring , unless Fornell turns out to be a evil super agent .....really? Oh well its late September before will know .

I agree with you drakeissix and I doubt he shot Fornell.... it has to be one of those nightmares again. Now obviously the team giving up their badges is part of the plan that Gibbs and Vance had.... I can not wait til September to find out.

I refuse to believe that Gibbs really kills Fornell.
Loved seeing AJ again. He'd be a great recurring character. Of course, I don't really want any of them to be in trouble and need him. *lol* But I do miss him.
What else did I love?
*Angry Abby. Always fun!
*Elevator time. And Abby and Palmer thinking they should have meetings more often.
*Tony/Ziva
*Ziva's outburst about her "family."
*Everyone showing up for the hearing but Gibbs. Where's Gibbs? On a mission.
So many questions!
Is someone else really behind the Gibbs witch hunt? If so, who? Why?
Did Gibbs really shoot Fornell?
Where's the rest of the team?
WHAT was the PLAN?
September can't get here fast enough!

There is so much to look forward to here, but... the one thing that I'd put money on is that Gibbs won't shoot Fornell - or rather, Fornell is in on it somehow. Not sure if a vest can take a sniper bullet or not, but Gibbs might be the only one Fornell would trust to take that shot if it came down to it. Just the way Fornell looked almost right into the sniper scope says to me that he know Gibbs is up there. Now whether or not Fornell has to take the hit or is setting up someone else to go down...
...it's gonna be a long summer!!

Fornell came as a big surprise to me, for I didn't read or see any of the pre-episode buzz. I really love it when they all team together. And no doubt Fornell is in on it. I will have to watch everything again, to really get what is happening. I do suppose Tiva is off for now, but I love how they have brought everything together. CIA killing the Iranian guy. Pfff, it is a disturbing world we live in. I know it is fiction, but I am convinced a lot of trivial things are going on out there in the real world. |

? Somebody or a group of somebody's are pulling weasel boys strings. I still think the old director morrow is evolved in this witch hunt, I've got a .....wait for it...... a gut feeling.
