Jackie's dead, Eli's dead. Ziva goes to seek revenge for Eli's death. Leon? Since his wife is dead, he's probably gonna take a leave of absence. Thus, Deputy Director Jerome Craig is serving as acting director until well...if Vance does return. Great to see Oded Fehr. He's perfect for the role. (He's been on Charmed and Covert Affairs!)

If the last episode 'Shabbat Shalom' belonged to Cote de Pablo, then without doubt this episode clearly belongs Michael Weatherly.
Tony seeking her out and showing her that SHE was first in his mind was excellent. He was strong and massively supportive.
In an episode of few one liners and quips, Ducky definitely had the best line of the episode when Bodnar (looking down at Ducky) asked "Who's Grandfather are you", to which Ducky replied "I don't know, what's your Grandmother's name". What a Line and brilliantly delivered by David.
Rocky & Mark's scene, when Vance asked Gibbs if it was worth killing the man who killed Shanon and Kelly, was outstanding.
However, I am also sure (and hopeful), that the big knife Ziva used to plant the olive tree and Mossad Deputy Director Ilan Bodnar will, at some stage, get to know each other very well.
Kudos must go to Cote,Michael and the rest of the cast and also the writers for producing an excellent episode
I would like to know what Tony whispered into Zivas hear?>

Yes this was one of the best two part episodes Ive seen on NCIS in many a season A+ grade over alll . Great scripts , excellent acting and a great balance drama, pathos and nice dashes of humor here and there to keep from becoming suffocatingly serious (in a jack webb at his worst kind of way). Done in the classic Donald Bellisaro style really a stunningly excellent two episodes. I love the scene were Tony and Ziva go to Tony's apartment and Ziva finds Tony got Shimel to comeback to town to help Ziva . Or Abby being Abby when she hugs Ziva for the 1st time since her dad was killed. I could go on with ten more examples big and little scenes that made this episode great. Really a wonderful A+ two part episode. Well done team.

Since hubby has a hearing problem we always have the closed captioning on and we took that and translated what he said on the computer........."Your not alone" is the basic translation. Yes, you are right. It is from a Hebrew song Lo Levad. I loved this two parter. When Ziva was in the synagogue asking for a sign, Tony showed up. I dare to say that Tivafans and non Tivafans can really appreciate what the writers have done in this episode. Indeed, Ducky's answer about the grandfather/grandmother was priceless. The new (deputy)director is a little bit out of place, but I am sure there is a purpose as to how this character comes across. Pleas show us more of these episodes!
