I just caught something on the news that could be a problem. There's something about reservists being called back into duty and sent to Iraq and overseas. Now isn't Gibbs a reservist with the Marines?
There's no chance TPTB are going to write MH out of the show simply for the sake of realism of him being called back, is there? I know they say JAG could take place without Harm and Mac (it already is - at least the original Harm and Mac!), but NCIS would NOT be the same without Gibbs. I can't stand the thought.
Is there any way for them to get around that ruling in regards to Gibbs, or does anyone know the specifics of that reservist callback act that CNN was raising a stink about last night?
