Excellent episode - gave it a 9.5.
Loved: * Tony getting up in Kort's face. Would love to see more of that.
* Vance standing up to SecNav Davenport by telling him his agents (Gibbs and Barrett) were not going to take the fall.
* Arlington Cemetery. All of it.
* EJ taking that thing out of Levin's arm (too guilty looking to be guilty) but something is up (Sarah Jane is interested in coming back so I'm hoping she will).
* Gibbs protecting Tony - turns out he didn't need to but if EJ was dead Gibbs didn't want Tony to have to find her body.
* Red-herring. Ziva not in peril after all. Yes, I was concerned we were getting Ziva in danger Season Finale just 2 years after a Ziva in peril Season Finale. I'm glad I was wrong - time to eat Humble Pie.
* Some didn't care for it but I liked Abby calling McGee on his jealousy and the timing of it. Kind of in poor taste.
* Vance again - telling Kort that if Gibbs wasn't threatening him "If he wasn't, I am". I love it when Vance stands up for his people.
* And above and beyond loved that final scene - MW said 2 ("Sir" and "Director") words during the entire scene and just blew me out of the water with is facial expressions.
Can't wait to see who Tony will be "handling" - hope it's Gibbs. Yes, I think it could be him - because he's not a team member, he's the team lead. I think Gibbs might already be read in and he requested Tony as his handler.

loved it. only watched it on thursday. Love the TIVA moment 9.0 lost a full point for the Tony/Ziva elevator scene - didn't buy the tough girl bawling her eyes out over someone she'd met only a few times when she didn't even cry over Jenny who she'd known for years and told Tony that he was a "slow healer" when he was upset. Have been very against T/Z as a couple since she put that gun against his chest after dropping him to the ground in Aliyah. Violence like that should never be glorified into romance - even on a fictional TV show. It's just wrong and anyone who has ever been a victim of domestic violence attack - be it a dating/marriage/friendship relationship - would be, justifiably, offended. I haven't and I am.

Since things are looking up around here I thought I'd come back again - if it's OK with ya'll.
LOVED Two Faced. OMG - I loved that EJ was perfectly willing and able to stand up to Gibbs. I love the guy but other LEOs back down way too easy when he gives them the old Gibbs Stare. That she didn't makes me all giddy. I really like this character!
Loved that despite "we should end this" that neither of them (Tony or EJ) really wanting to end it scene.
Don't think we've seen a true end to Ray and Ziva.
The last few seconds of the last scene - holy cow! Could Tony be a target despite having green eyes? Did the person who bought him the drink follow him to the bar? And two thumbs up for that scene being totally different than I thought it was going to be after seeing the Phoof at the beginning of Act 5.

Had to come back to vote on this one. 10!!
NCIS at it's most pure, classic. Nothing at all negative to say about it.
Loved Gibbs/Tony doing the initial interrogation with Tony as BAD COP! Whoa Buddy. Loved that the 2 of them (G/T) were so in tune with one another (nothing new here, Mark and Michael always are when they're on screen together).
Loverboy (Gibbs to Tony over the phone) ;D
Tim being snoopy and trying to open Agent Barrett's desk - what's with that? She's a team lead young man.
Enjoyed the Ziva and Ducky scene. Not much Abby but I did enjoy her scenes.
Cameron as Nick was fantastic. NCIS is very very good at casting kids.
Vance. I'm at a loss for words. I can't wait to see where it's going with this character. Kudos to Rocky Carroll for a stellar performance tonight.

Tissue, Pauley? Really? Umm... it wasn't that good. Is Bob Newhart older than David McCallum? Because honestly, when they were on screen together Ducky looked older. Decided to check back in. Tissue? You bet! I was still sobbing 10 minutes after the credits rolled. Beautifully written episode and beautifully acted by one and all. The choice of music to score the last few scenes with was spot on. I'm quite a fan of Lady Antebellum and have loved the song "Hello World" since the 1st time I heard it and now love it even more.

9.5. I missed the poignancy of Flesh and Blood and felt that Tony's mentor and his co-workers were getting way too much pleasure from his distress.
Did love: Tony and Tim pulling rank on Ziva over that dumpster. "But we do" had me grinning ear to ear.
Tony telling Senior that he and Ziva are just co-workers. I know there's but a snowball's chance in you know where but I really do want it to stay just this.
Tim supporting Tony when the rest didn't.
Now, is it OK to really like an episode by really dislike the behavior of the characters? I have never been as disappointed -disillusioned with Gibbs concerning his relationship with Tony, until now. He simply blew off his Senior Field Agent's feelings, he may have well just come out and said: "I don't care how you feel about this". Even Gibbs' visit with TDSenior was dismissive of Tony's feelings about his father when he talked about game playing. From what we found out in F&B Tony and his father hadn't even talked to one another in years. It's not like Gibbs had a great relationship with his own father and though it's doing better it's not totally mended. For me the estrangement between Leroy and Jack was for a quite petty reason - Jack bringing a date to Shannon and Kelly's funeral. Tony Junior and Tony Senior's relationship was broken over a father shipping his son off to a boarding school and cutting him off emotionally. What 8 year old has the resources to deal with something like that?
I was furious with both Ziva and Abby - they're obviously are charmed by Senior and for some reason can't see why Tony is very wary of opening himself up to get hurt again. Ziva wants Tony to "fix" things with his dad after years of emotional abandonment but I have a feeling she'd have a few choice words for him if Tony tried to get her to repair the relationship with her own father. Abby (normally adore her) want everyone to "live happily ever after" but seems to have no clue just how hurt Tony was as a child. OK, so he's an adult now but that doesn't change past hurts. It seems to me that Abby had a very close relationship with her own dad and can't picture other parents and children (no matter what their ages) not being as close as she was with her father.

9.5 - 10.0 Liked it last night. Loved it when re-watching. I found Abby more wonderful than ever. In no way did I find her babyish. She was frightened that what happened to Clea could happen to her - a brilliant woman who had a psychotic break. She was overwhelmed by the similarities and lost her objectivity for a while. Once she had it back - due in large part to the talk with Clea's mom she was able to see and think more clearly and provide the team with crucial information that led to Tim finding the canister that had slowly driven her into her psychotic break. Her relationship with Gibbs and Gibbs reaction to her was just beautiful - even when he raised his voice to her, ESPECIALLY because he raised his voice to her. Last season the knight got knocked off his white horse. This season we're seeing Abby seeing Gibbs clearly for the 1st time ever. He's no longer her hero, he's a flesh and blood man with flaws just like the rest of the human population. And also for the 1st time, I can see them as something other than father/daughter or big brother/little sister. I felt for Tony AND Michael with the 2 sizes too small Saturday Night Fever outfit. He looked horrid and he knew he looked horrid. This time the joke wasn't on him, he was in on it. I don't see it. I see a 40 year old woman dressing like a teenager talking in a baby voice with the expectation that every one treat her like on of those Precious Moment figurines. I hate those and have a great desire to smash everyone I see. Just once I like to see an adult female on NCIS. Even the villain was acting like a jealous teenager..."they liked her better than me" One of those agree to disagree things. I heard not a trace of the voice category you prescribe to Abby. I still love the show even though I've got what my 25 year old niece calls "issues" with one of the characters. Abby will always be in my Top 4 characters and I adore what I know of Pauley as a person. I truly did see Abby as troubled over Clea's death due to the similarities she saw between them.

I guess I stand alone yet again. I didn't at all see Abby behaving like a baby in Cracked. She and the woman who portrays her were wonderful and made me love the episode. I can easily see myself watching this one multiple times.
In case you don't go to the polling thread, here's what I wrote over there:

7.5 Lost a lot of points for Tony's behavior in trying to get into Ziva's computer. I normally love Tony but this snooping into something that is none of his business is not only not an enduring trait and it actually makes me actively dislike him. Though probably written for humor I didn't find it at all funny.
Did like that he found something in common with Major PETER Malloy - Peter Sellers, Dudley Moore and Peter Cook.
Was glad that Malloy/Harkin didn't turn out to be the bad guy - I liked him and would welcome seeing him again.

I really enjoyed this episode it well done and somewhat humorous, with Gibbs and Fornell slapping the cardboard Tony, although I'm not sure why Fornell is staying with Gibbs, I must have missed something. I don't think he's staying because Gibbs was surprised that Fornell had shaved his beard since they saw each other last. I just think he was there for dinner and then since the 1st one didn't go so well that he showed up to cook a good one. Wow. Someone scored the episode a 0. I loathed Jet Lag and I still didn't rate it that low - or even close.

I made quite a few notes on the regular section about the episode so I won't repeat them all here.
I just loved it and a good part is seeing competent Tony and Ziva and Tim taking his direction w/out grumbling about it.
I was happy that I didn't know who or why someone was after Dempsey.
I loved seeing Tony and Tim together with Abby in her lab.
Loved that Jimmy was back in his rightful place in "The Duck Pond".
Loved that the team continues to feel like a team.

I had to give it a 10 because I really couldn't find anything about it that I didn't like and lots that I did.
* Loved 2 of the 3 interns and how Gibbs interacted with them. Didn't like the 3rd but only because she tried to usurp Jimmy's position.
* Grown up but still funny Tony. He was competent in how he handled thing - gave instruction/orders to Tim and Ziva. Asked Gibbs if he'd missed anything.
* Just a good team episode.
* The jingle bells around Intern Michael's neck despite being firm that he would NOT be wearing them. Intern Michael's growing crush on Abby and her "Oh God, Oh No" reaction.
* Gibbs and Intern Conrad in the evidence garage/cage. That scene was perfectly played by both actors.
* Jimmy Palmer. I wanted to give him a "mom hug" and tell him that everything will be OK.
* Ziva wearing her "Air Guitar" shirt and the smile she gave when Tony responded to Conrad telling them they'd make more money in the private sector. "Then who would catch all the bad guys, Conrad" He said it without rancor and gave Conrad something to think about.
* Gibbs acceptance of Conrad so much so that he filled out the full internship form for him and had the pen ready for him to sign.
* Similarities between Tony and Conrad. Privileged backgrounds. Tony became a cop. Conrad now considering it.
* Abby. I didn't understand (rarely do) much of what she told us about the forensics but it was good to see her un-angsty again this week.
* Tim being willing to take on Intern Conrad and then realizing it is rather fun to have someone to order around.
Lots more but I'll stop.

Vance now only has control over Ziva working at NCIS. He as no control at all of forcing her back to Israel - she a US citizen.

10! I'll keep it short here because I got long winded on the episode thread.
Great team moments. The interaction between Tony/Tim, Tim/Ziva, Tony/Ziva was fun to watch again. For me it came across as mean-spirited for the last couple of seasons.
Lots of Abby - loved her cold politeness to Alejandro Rivera. Gibbs walking Abby to her car arm in arm was poignant and loved Darren walking along at a slight distance behind them. Vance - Wow, just wow! "By me". AR didn't expect THAT and neither did I.
Speaking of Darren (Abby's body guard) he was there in the background in all her scenes - even outside of Autopsy when she was having tea with Ducky.
Funny but un-silly Tony. Serious Tony too.
"Leroy" and Jack's reconciliation made me very happy.
Thrilled beyond measure at the death of Paloma Reynosa and who ended up killing her. Great twist that I absolutely didn't see coming until the last 2nd before the gunfire started.
All the "Easter Eggs" - Instant Message from "Tony_the_1st, mystery email from Ziva's friend, Text message from Eli David to Director Vance - "I found him".
This episode is right up there with Cloak, Truth or Consequences, Flesh and Blood and Obsession for me.
I would love to read some actual specific comments from people who voted low.
