Trust DPB to put the cap on one 'can of worms' only to open up another one! Gibbs has a daughter, with his first wife ( and the wife must still be alive because he's still paying alimony, though not necessarily the daughter) and then they just leave us with that! Plus, it seemed to me that while the whole ep went by fairly fast, not alot was going on...Gibbs is wet, then dry fairly quickly, then wet again (he got wet alot here, I felt bad for MH, I hope he didn't get sick after this.). Gibbs knows where Shepherd lives , though I was under the impression she had just gotten back to D.C., and recruits her to go on Ari stakeout with him. That was kind of forced...we've heard mention of other agents, he could have found someone else to go with him, but then we wouldn't have gotten the cute 'remember when' scene. Hope we find out about the daughter fairly soon, and not have it dragged out all season.

Okay, Tartlets...just checking to see that you are getting your survival kits ready for next week...looks like it's going to be a "Tony" ep. I've had first aid training, so if you need to be revived, just call. I'll be practicing on my Gibbs clone between now and next Tuesday just to make sure I'm current on my technique! ;D So get your oxygen bottles, smelling salts and cold compresses ready!

Are all you Tartlets okay? It's a measure of how much being on the board has influenced (infiltrated, infected...pick one me that the first thought that went through my mind as Mr. "I'm seriously hot in my boxers" Tony (the Italian Gigolo Nudist Furniture Mover) sprinted out the door of the pool was " I hope none of the Tartlets get hurt falling off their chairs/couches when they see this! " So, I hope you're all okay. ( And maybe next week we can get Gibbs to drop trou! ;D )

Do you all have your "Help, I've fallen <head over heels in love with Tony> and I can't get up" buttons handy? Sounds like they might be needed .

Oh my goodness, AngelZ, where did that last picture of MW come from? (Please don't tell my Gibbs clone I slipped over here to check out the Tartlet's thread, he just got here and I don't want him to feel insecure . )

Can't think of too much to add to what everyone has already said...that's the problem with being out of town and away from the computer during the crucial comment period! ;D I will say, for someone who couldn't make it in the Marines, the dead guy sure had a way with women! Granted, Siri wasn't the brightest light in the room, but Rebecca and Jody seemed pretty smart. Was he going to run off with Jody and her 2 million and leave the other three behind? Or just get some more money from Jody to buy more gold coins? Doesn't Palmer know there are cameras in Autopsy?! What I really liked about this ep, besides the end of the 'stache, were the little references to other eps...Ducky's rather barbed comment about the cause of death maybe being a golf club or a baseball bat and Abby's little line about not passing judgement on clothing bought at Sears..I think it was back in first season that she said something similar and Gibbs replied that that was where he shopped. Good effort all the way around!

i think undershirts are part of the past - just like women's slips. i still wear one, but the girls in my Sunday school class are like: "what's a slip?" ;D That's because most of the 'skirts' the girls are wearing these days are so small and tight, they couldn't get a slip under there if they tried!

And apparently, no one at NCIS has heard of undershirts? Unfortunately for the Gibblets, Gibbs has! That man wears more layers than an onion! Now that he's officially 'back', he's got the 'uniform' on again...undershirt, polo (sometimes a dress shirt, but no tie) and sports coat. First season, sometimes he'd take off the coat but not lately, darn it.

Very nice! I wondered why the snow was melting outside! (Yes, it snowed today and stuck for a while..way too soon even for Michigan!) Now we need Gibbs to take HIS shirt off! Can I see a show of hands in favor of that? ;D Or is this a shout-out to the Tartlets and Princesses, since the Gibblets got one earlier?

I gave it a '9' also...good, but not, as Meg so rightly put it 'first tier'. Nice moments here and there but not nearly as intense and attention-grabbing as "Enigma", "Bete Noir" or "Call of Silence." Interesting that Gibbs had nail-polish remover in his desk drawer..his spidey sense must have detected Tony and the Super-Glue. Abby and her increased Caf-Pow intake and eating the salty chips ...and the jumping jacks. Touching with Gibbs and the baby at the end. I think he really understood why Nicky did what he did.

I gave it a '9'.. not too bad,had it's moments...especially when Gibbs gave Tony that little 'look' in Jen's office when she was interogating him. Points off for that fact that apparently anyone can get into her house...she's the Director, shouldn't she have a little more security there?! First her 'dead' Dad, and then The Frog, who I was really beginning to like and then they had to kill him. Plus, Jen is totally unsuited to her position. But points for the anguish on Gibbs' face at the accident scene and Ducky in Autopsy realizing it wasn't Tony's body. But where is Jeanne now? Nice slow pullback shot of The Frog's body in the water at the end.

Gave it a 9.5..not quite perfect, but almost. And saskie73 is right. Sean did shine! So did Troian B...excellent performance! Good work by everyone...as usual.

For this one, I had to go with a '9'...there was just something missing for me...unfortunately, I can't put whatever it was into words....
On the other hand, it was funny and spooky and I finally saw Jen acting like the Director of NCIS when she was telling off Clayton Webb, ;D, sorry, Commander Skinner. She was perfect the whole episode, which, IMHO, is unusual for her.
Lots of movie references, even one from Gibbs! Good stuff!

Another solid episode, I gave it a '9'. Lots of good stuff, McGee's looking for a dog..Gibbs "Get an Australian Shepherd...they're working dogs." And his sly little ''Sit. Stay. Roll over" as he left the bullpen.
It was confusing, and the end seemed a little rushed. I like how Ziva came around to defending Courtney instead of suspecting her. I found Courtney's repeated "Now do we hug?" a little grating but liked her spunk.
The whole "Dread Pirate Roberts" thing was funny..trust Tony to come up with a movie reference!
