I know this has probably been brought up, but do you think Gibbs has any religious convictions if? Or rather, what religion is he? I mean he seems to have good basic morals, and I don't know, I guess I just want to know what kind of a person we all think he is. Based on what little we've seen, I'm guessing either Roman Catholic or Episcopalian. I don't think there are many others, with the possible exceptions of Lutheran and/or Methodist, that would teach/encourage the lighting of candles with personal prayers. Although we've never seen him genuflect or cross himself while in a church, either, and you'd kind of almost expect that from a practicing RC or Episcopalian. Of course, Pagans also put prayers to fire.... And we never did find out where he was (wearing a suit and tie) when they got the call that brought Tony from a football game, McGee from his writing, and Abby from H4H. Darla, former Episcopalian who's put prayers to fire in RC churches on occasion

Do you think Gibbs loved his 3 ex-wives or do you think he had a spree of redhead lovin' because he was trying to replace his first wife? And do you think that's why he feels guilty about the ending of the marriages and that's why he pays alimony? Or am I thinking way too deeply about this? Hey, if they didn't give us things like this to think about, would we be watching the show? ;D I suspect that he was looking to recreate the relationship he had with Shannon, but was also emotionally crippled by Shannon's and Kelly's deaths to the point where it was hard (if not nearly impossible) for him to risk as much of his heart with the subsequent wives as he had with Shannon and Kelly. We only see snippets of his relationship with S&K, but those snippets are enough to let us know that the Gibbs of that time (when they were alive) is a very, very different man from the Gibbs of the period between when we first meet him in "Yankee White" (and even the JAG eps) and "Hiatus," as well as very different from the post-"Hiatus" Gibbs. He himself admits that the relationships with the subsequent wives were based on "appearances"...which tells us he was looking for another Shannon.

If you have been issued a Gibbs clone recently, but you do not appear on the list, please check with jo and she will see to it that you are added to the list. Well, I did post my application. But I guess jo's been busy.

Of course, some of the finest "sit" examples would be the elevator in "Bloodbath" and the lab in "Kill Ari." But "stay"? For Gibbs?

Frankly, I don't understand the abiding (and irrational) fascination for "Deadly for Women." Sounds pretty gruesome to me.

Come over to me, Darla. I'll headslap you! ;D You're too kind, bbb! ;D And Meg: I'd dearly love to visit Berlin. And Bonn. And Vienna. And Prague. And St Petersburg. And Moscow. And Ekaterinburg. And Dublin. And...and...and... ;D ;D But OKC is a lot more likely.

If you happen to be in Oklahoma on May 31st, you will be in great company. I can't believe I'm even thinking about traveling 2000 miles (or whatever it is from Anaheim to OKCity) to see someone who lives within 50 miles of me!!
