- I know I had the twists & ending as a plus, but I don't like the implication that Gibbs is covering for Jenny. Her character is so unprofessional, which is probably one of the reasons I dislike her so much. The cover thing bothered me too as to why Gibbs would cover up, except then I remembered - the CIA has asked them to cease the investigation for the purposes of National Security. They've been ordered to close it. And if Jen's involved you KNOW she'll be backing them up 100% and won't allow them to investigate. And there's nothing really to investigate. We know that Jen was there - otherwise, as was pointed out on FON, how did she know Jeanne wasn't? Why would she lie about the gun? FBI won't come back to investigate and Jen won't do anything with the investigation even if Gibbs were to try and have her arrested. His hands are tied and he knows it - but he's making sure she knows he knows she's guilty. On another note, I found Fornell's comment to McGee about not caring that he was hacking very endearing.

i have to say that lauren hooly did a really good job in the scene where the director was interrogating jeanne ..... that was really intense
if jenny dies and leon becomes the new director, i don't think i'll mind ... i like him

I loved this episode, it had so much drama with it's usual humor mixed in. The acting was ace and I honestly was at the edge of my seat, especially when Tony was being questioned. The ending leaves a lot to think about. The only think I would have liked was to hear how McGee was doing with Jethro. But I'm sure that'll come up in a later episode.

I realy realy like Abby but she could at least have 1 serious scene per episode and not always be that hyperactive. It´s not really cute anymore - it´s getting rediculous. sry for my bad English but you know what I mean

Don't worry about your English, it's fine tommorrowI'm just the opposite about Abby. I don't want her to change at all. I love all the characters with their zany ways. I don't want any of them to become serious like all the other TV shows. It's the humor I love best about NCIS. I haven't watched Internal Affairs yet and I'm really looking forward to it. It was watch TV or check out Special Ops.

This was my favorite episode of NCIS this season and I thought that this was one of the few times in the last two years where I would rewatch an episode and one of the few times that I thought that the flashbacks were used well. I would like to know how McGee is doing with his new dog. I didn't like Jenny in this episode, because as it was already mentioned here it reinforced how unprofessional she is. I also hope that this is the last that we see of Jeanne. Fast National ratings for Tuesday, April 22, 2008 "NCIS" put CBS in second with a 9.1/14. I, on the other hand think (and hope) that we haven't seen the last of Jeanne.
My heart was very sad when Tony lied and said "No".

My heart was very sad when Tony lied and said "No". I was sad too, but only because I felt upset for Tony. I didn't like them as a couple, but because I like Tony I don't want to see him hurting~ But for me, I hope that this was a resolution to their story and we never have to hear from Jeanne again XD

X-x wow, this one was generally hard to get through in a sense. Pretty much everyone in Gibbs' team is interrogated by Fornell (or however it's spelled, you already know that I'm horrible at spelling things ;D) An yes, Le Frog died a while ago, they were just getting to the repercussions of that in this episode. Fornell is using his no stone left un-turned kinda ideal to investigate pretty much the entire team . But you gotta love the part where Abby was interrogated, she was, of course, being herself, which I found relaxing in such a trying time. And Tony was doing EXTREMELY well when he was being interrogated, even though his ex-girlfriend, (lol, i just love saying that xD since I didn't like her as much as I like Tony) told Ol' Toby that Tony killed her father, which Jenny, with her tricky way of talking things out of people (it's creepy how that relates to Ziva making McGee tell her about Tony's personal life O-e), found her out that she LIIIIEEEEEDDDD, , as if it wasn't hard enough on the team, she was just picking on poor Tony because she couldn't have his awesomeness , (that was a non-shipper comment by the way x-x). And yes, It's VERY apparent that Jenny snapped and put a bullet in Le Frog's head, but that means she can stop being so creepy about it now o-o, as OCD as she was acting towards our favorite arms dealer xD. And there's NO possible way Tony could get back together with Jeanne (and again, however it's spelled x-x) because he told her none of it was real , but then again now he can start flirting with random people just like he always has done xD, w00t for Tony being his single flirty self! Haha, the best part is that Tobias (you allready know by now x-x probably misspelled it xD) yes, he hit a dead end, thanks to Abby who told him about the fingerprints on the glass that Jenny gave her to run prints off of, he came to the conclusion that she was beign framed, and thank goodness it became a cold case xD, I would have gone crazy if Jenny was convicted! >< (but that's my personal opinion ) So yes, the drama and comedy ensues, this was a fulfilling episode by the way, it kinda tied some loose ends that were left alone for a long time xD, they had to get to that part sometime. ;D

Just re-watched this episode with my mom tonight, and I must say, I LOVED the way the episode was shot. The shadows and the closeups, the editing, LOVED it!

Overall, it was a good episode.
The dead body of La Grenouille just freaked me out, however.
Well, at least Jeanne is not in the picture anymore. x.x Framing DiNozzo for the second time really jerked my chain. [ He was framed in Frame Up by that Psycho called Chip.]

She didn't act on her own. A remark Tony made to Fornell in Aliyah seemed to indicate that he believed that "Toby" was behind her doing it. Something like "I love taking orders from a man who tried to frame me for murder." The Fibbies could have played dirty with her (threatening to pull her passport, medical license...) unless she did what she was told. Both the CIA and the FBI were after Jenny and they thought this was a way to get her to confess to the murder of Rene Benoit.
My sympathies were and still are with Jeanne whose only "crime" was to be born to a father that Jenny was hell-bent on killing. She suffered because Tony didn't have the backbone (and I love Tony) to tell Jenny that he needed out because he had failed "Undercover 101" - Do NOT fall in love with your mark. He wanted it both ways - the assignment and the girl - and got burned as a result. Again, Tony is my favorite character but he got what he deserved.
There is no way Fornell would have actually let Tony be arrested - he was never even taken to Quantico.
