I forgot to add, I really enjoyed during the scene where they were examining the insulation and Gibbs mentioned what he would have used for joists and stuff - kind of a neat touch seeing as Mark Harmon built at least one house he's lived in and completely remodeled the second.

my one concern is how everyone was all: the old gibbs is back since he shaved off the mustache. like his memory problems are all gone. surely they aren't going to end that plotline in this fashion?! No, not a chance, I think. Remember: he hasn't gone back to the Marine rice-bowl cut. No way is he back to normal, whatever "normal" is for Gibbs. They're too careful: there are even references to prior eps in scripts, so I don't think there are very many throwaway situations/lines in these eps. There's just too much left unresolved so far, and keep in mind that DPB himself said that repercussions from last season will resonate in this one. Also keep in mind that the last "Gibbs slap" by Gibbs was at the elevator in "Shalom," and it hasn't been seen since. That alone should tell someone that things aren't back to "normal." No, there's a lot of story to be told over the next 19 eps. Darla

Product placement really works, me for Gibbs T-shirt and Darla for the phone. Much less annoying than advert breaks during the show. I wonder how many placements need to be allowed in each show, to negate the need for breaks?

Unfortunately, the writers often leave issues unresolved - we never know the answer [i.e. does everyone know about: ziva/ari; gibbs' family? seems like it .]. i don't want this to be one of those issues. i'm wondering just how much gibbs will return to normal. i really miss the 'gibbslap' myself. it seems to me he is now treating mcgee like he used to treat tony. we know he and ducky aren't getting along - but his relationship with tony has changed, too. this is just me, but i think he thinks tony should get his own team - he's already said that he knows tony is ready. it's up to tony now. i definitely don't want to see that happen - but i can't think of a way they can resolve this. good thing i'm not writing the storyline then, isn't it?

I have this little device that makes and receives calls, which is all I need or expect of a phone. Jen's the toy geek! Bless her li'l heart! ;D Darla, who really would like to upgrade to one she can program with other ringtones, but not until it's the free-with-renewed-contract phone

Gibbs T-shirt from this week is available from Amazon. Anyone else getting worried about my Gibbs T-shirt obsession each week? Oh! good its only me!!! The day before Dead and Unburied, I was in Wal*Mart, and there was a guy wearing that same shirt! Loved this ep, I'll try to go into more detail later ;D

chick fights, real estate agents, three fiances, tony and mcgee both with their shirts off, ducky kicking butt, and my favorite part...
lee and palmer!!!!!
i wonder what this will bring to future episodes,

I liked Tony in this episode . I think he is more comfortable in this current role than he was a team leader. I know many feel it was a step back for him, but he seemed happy and totally at peace with the decision in this ep.What is it with everyone bumping into to somebody ? McGee apologizing for taking a breath was very cute!Loved Abby's speculation of Gibbs underwear, I just love their scenes together. ;D

What is it with everyone bumping into to somebody ? i think it was because everybody was nervous about the old gibbs being back. i guess they just remembered how picky and hard to please he used be.

great ep, personally think it was the best yet, best scene for me was mcghee/abbey watching the "chickfight" on mcghees phone and gibbs standing in the background.
also liked the shirtless scene (not for the bare chests ;D) but the look on tonys face and the stepping back reaction of tony when mcghee took his shirt off.
and this ones for those with foot fetishes ;D dont know if anyone noticed but before the chickfight when mghee/tony were interviewing the redhead the camera kinda looks down from a height and it looks like MW has bare feet under the desk...
