It's from Tea and Sympathy New York. We, the ladies of Channel M, sent it to him along with other goodies for his birthday. ;D Just like all the cards we sent in last year. ;D I just 'found' that lovly autographed picture I got back last year, when I was cleaning out my file cabinet a few weeks ago. I'm thinking of framing it but I have no room to put it. lol

Watching the ep. again over lunch, I have a few more things...
*Tony's shirt seems to keep switching between gray, and subtle blue stripes. I wonder if it's really the same shirt, and the cameras are causing an optical illusion?
*Gibbs was probably harder on the real estate lady because she's a redhead. Much like he was with the unfaithful redhead reporter in 'Missing.' (Or maybe I'm just thinking of 'Missing' because Major Sacco was raised from the dead...)
*Ziva looked puzzled when Siri was talking about being soulmates with Jimmy. Granted, she's a few tiny bottles short of a fully stocked minibar, but still. I get the impression that Ziva's just as bad about relationships as Tony is. (Which makes me think they're not secretly dating but that's another story.)
*Much has been made of the tension between Ducky and Gibbs. I think there's also tension between Tony and Gibbs: it's a lot more subtle, but it's definitely there. It's kind of like Gibbs knows that Tony is even more seeking approval, or at least recognition of his competence, and Gibbs is refusing to give it to him. New Gibbs seems to take twisted enjoyment in cutting people down (Old Gibbs was a B-word, but he was never mean). I can't really explain it well but that was what I thought when Tony showed up at the house with the coffee.
*When Agent Lee was talking to Tony, she had a bit of a lisp, but when she was talking to Ducky it was gone. I wonder if Liza Lapira had just been to the dentist or something...
*Apparently, Michael Weatherly caught the cold Mark Harmon had last week.

Different people, different perceptions: I thought Ziva looked cynical about the "soul mate" thing. Gibbs pushed Tony out of the nest, but Tony keeps fluttering around. As Gibbs said: Tony's ready for his own team; that's what Gibbs trained him for, and the reason Gibbs felt secure in leaving/quitting/retiring. But Tony's insecure about that, unsure of himself; why else rate himself so poorly? But to Tony's credit, Tony's also aware that Gibbs still isn't 100 percent and needs someone looking out for him even while Gibbs continues pushing Tony toward independence. There's also the security and safety in being the Boss' righthand-man: the responsibility for what the team does rests squarely on Gibbs' shoulders. Darla
