Honestly I don't think I could live with the fact I killed an innocent guy, (but since I want to be in the Police I think I'm gonna have to face life sooner or later) Ah yes but not necessarily... I mean you don't need to go into the firearms squad (they don't just hand guns out willy-nilly y'know!) - and even if you do I think you need to have served a good number of years before they let you take the training for the firearms squad - and even then you may not pass. Besides you have to be a zillion percent sure you're deffo shooting someone who's likely to shoot you or cause lots of people serious harm as opposed to going round shooting anything that crosses your path - so you'd probably only be shooting baddies as opposed to innocent bystanders! Of course, this is only from my experience working for the police in the UK, they may be a bit more lenient on the old gun usage policy if you're American. Yes, Tony was lovely in this episode. He always makes out like Tim does his head in but he really does look out for him. Bless.

Great ep. Tony was really funny in this ep and he was really nice to McGee bless him.
But I was shocked at what happened near the end when McGee and Gibbs went to talk to the guy. I wasnt surprised Gibbs had a go but also thought it unfair.
Overall I cant wait to see this ep again heh... I was distracted while watching it so when I get the dvds i will watch it closer heh heh.
Another thing id like to add, when Jenny said about looking back to paris and Gibbs had that flashback Jenny told him not that one but Im watching the flashbacks closely anyways cause at some point they could be connected ... maybe not the scenes between Gibbs and Jenny but then again you never know.

We never did find out about the screw up she was talking about. There is however, a flashback we later see that's kind of interesting. I believe it's shown on Model Behavior and then again on Boxed In, not sure if you've seen those eps yet and I don't want to give anything away if you haven't.

I didn't get to see this episode until 2 days after it aired here and the quality wasn't all that good, curse ye VCR! Anyhow...I did manage to see it and I really enjoyed this one, it was good to have something McGee centric even if it was him getting put on the spot for killing someone. It was an interesting story and I didn't see the conclusion coming at all and I like how it wasn't resolved, McGee didn't know if his shot was the kill shot or not and it bothered him. The conversation between Tony and McGee was nice Tony's spermbank plot was hilarious, even more so with Gibbs picking up his note on the desk and laughing at it! ;D It had a perfect blend of humour mixed in with the drama and what a way to end it on a down beat note! "It matters..." Did anyone else just wanna hug McGee right then? He needed a hug!

It was an interesting story and I didn't see the conclusion coming at all and I like how it wasn't resolved, McGee didn't know if his shot was the kill shot or not and it bothered him. It wasn't resolved for McGee, but I think the script indirectly resolved it for us. Ducky referred to the third shot as the kill shot, which would point to McGee. Also, the way he worded the autopsy - the first shot to the chest had to happen first, because the second "Shattered what was left of the fourth rib" or something like that. But I could be wrong as to how to take that. This is one of my best favorite eps.
